Repair, Maintenance & overhauling of HT (11 KV) VCB of capacity 250 MVA 1 incoming and two outgoing complete after taking out trolley, checking of all fixed and moving parts for smooth operations, cleaning with CTC or CRC 226 and rustlick, air blower, replacement of minor parts, checking and repair to locking system, alignment & closing / triping & charging system including replacement of FRP phase barier and provideing re-insulation to bus bar with HT tape, repair to heaters and making the complete VCB functional with free and operating mechanism, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Unsreviceable items shall be measured & paid under item Nos 2 to 8 here-in-after.

Taking out existing unserviceable items of VCB, HT, 11KV, 250 MVA of any make after taking shut down and replacing the follwing items complete all as specified and as directed :-

Supply and fixing Indicator LED type as per existing.

Supply and fixing for rack out gear assembly for VCB tripping system as per existing.

Supply and fixing for Auxiliary switch NO/NC suitable for 11KV HT VCB as per existing.

Supply and replacement of Shunt trip coil 24-30 Volts DC suitable for 11 KV VCB as per existing.

Supply and fixing for HTCT cast DESIGN ratio 100/50/05 Amp for VCB as per existing.

Supply and replacement of Vacuum bottle suitable for 400 Amp, 11 KV HT VCB as per existing.

Supply and fixng HT bushing insulation complete with brass stud washer & nuts etc for transformer of capacity upto 500 KVA as in repair/replacement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixng LT bushing insulation complete with brass stud washer & nuts etc for transformer of capacity upto 500 KVA as in repair/replacement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing air breather assembly complete with fresh silica gel for transformer of cpacity 63 KVA to 250 KVA as in repair/replacement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing breather assembly complete with fresh silica gel for transformer of cpacity 300 KVA to 500 KVA as in repair/replacement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & filling, silica gel for transformer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing oil level indicator of suitable capacity as per exixting as in repair/replacement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing 25mm dia gun metal globe or gate valve with iron wheel head screwed both ends for 25mm dia bore galvnised iron pipe as in repair/replacement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Filteration & Dehydration of HV grade transformer oil (On line/off line), minimum three cycles to achieve dielectric strength upto 60KV at 4mm gap and upto 40KV at 2.5mm gap complete all as specified and as directed. Note - Oil filteration machine with all T&P & testing equipment required for filtration shall be arranged by the contractor without any extra cost to the department.

Supply and filling transformer oil confirming to IS-335183 having dielectric strength upto 60 KV at 2mm gap complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Painting to transformer of any capacity upto 100KVA from outside after cleaning of exposed surface by sand blasting or steel grit blating, with one coat of priming paint followed by two coats of high voltage insulation paints conforming to IS and as per existing colour including writing MES No/SM No complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Painting to transformer capacity 150KVA to 500KVA from outside after cleaning of exposed surface by sand blasting or steel grit blating, with one coat of priming paint followed by two coats of high voltage insulation paints conforming to IS and as per existing colour including writing MES No/SM No complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, jointing & testing, outdoor type cable end termination joint (Heat shrinkable) complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 wire 11 KV (Earthed) grade, HT underground XLPE insulated armoured aluminium conductor, 3 core 95 sqmm size cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, jointing & testing, outdoor type cable end termination joint Heat shrinkable) complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 wire 11 KV (Earthed) grade, HT underground XLPE insulated armoured aluminium conductor, 3 core 120 to 185 sqmm size cable complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically (depth of pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level), with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick packed alternate layers of charcoal dust and common salt, electrode connections using galvanized iron earth lead wire 4mm dia (upto body of equipment) by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts & GI washers, connected to main switch board or main control board or test point, protected by galvanized iron pipe light grade 15mm dia bore, watering pipe 20 mm bore GI light grade pipe with funnel & wire mesh, with and including including all necessary excavation & earth work, PCC chamber in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 & RCC cover all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009), testing on completion, as in repair/replacement complete all as specified and as directed. Note(s) :- (i) RCC pit cover shall be pre-cast of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1, 80mm thick reinforced with XPM not less than 4Kg/Sqm. (ii) PCC chamber shall be constructed 500 mm away from the edge of earth pit. (iii) Rate shall include GI strip and protection pipe of length 7.5m, GI pipe beyond 7.5m length required at site shall be measured and paid separately. (iv) Earth resistance should be less than 2 Ohm. In case the test results are not found below 2 Ohm, complete earthing will be redone without any extra cost to Govt.

Material and labour for Copper strip 20mm x 3.15 mm with saddles and fixing screws on porcelain insulators on roof and floor as in repair/replacement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Galvanized iron strip 32 x 6 mm with saddles and fixing screws on porcelain insulators burried in ground as in repair/replacement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Aluminium strip 25mm x 3.15 mm fixing with and incl porcelain insulators on roof and floor as in repair/replacement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Precast RCC earth pit cover of size (60cm x60cmx60mm) as in repair/replacement for replacing broken/unserviceable pit cover including cleaning the surronding area complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Precast concrete cover slab shall be reinforced with MS XPM having weight n.less than 4Kg/sqm.

Material and labour for porcelain supporting insulator of existing size/adequate size fixing on wall/roof at various locations for insulating and supporting the lightening arrestor strips to protect during lightning complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brazzing (welding) on Copper strip of existing earthing/lightening arrestors including strip cleaning complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter deep for laying of cables and foundation of poles etc. and getting out complete all as spceified and as directed.

Returning, filling in trenches (soil) including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick each layer complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with a layer of dry river sand 80mm thick before laying of cable and 150mm thick (punned down to 100mm thick) after laying of cables as in trenches/ducts complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Punned down thickness (overall 18cm) shall be considered for measurement and payment.

Material and labour for locally available sub class 'B' bricks (old size) laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable for protection, length perpendicular to the direction of cable adjacent to each other complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Factory made unreinforced precast cement concrete cable cover HV type-1, flat, of size 300x180x40mm, laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable for protection, length perpendicular to the direction of cable adjacent to each other complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for GI pipe light grade 80 mm dia bore for cable protection fixed to pole including MS clamps, nuts, bolts etc or under road/pavement complete as all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for GI pipe light grade 50 mm dia bore for cable protection fixed to pole including MS clamps, nuts, bolts etc or under road/pavement complete as all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for GI pipe light grade 40 mm dia bore for cable protection fixed to pole including MS clamps, nuts, bolts etc or under road/pavement complete as all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of High Tension (HT), 11000 Volts (earthed) grade, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with stranded aluminum conductor, cross sectional area 95 Sqmm, 3 core underground cable including both side connection with cable lugs etc, laid in trenches, along poles or passing through pipes or laid under floor or through walls etc as in repair/replacement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of High Tension (HT), 11000 Volts (earthed) grade, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with stranded aluminum conductor, cross sectional area 150 Sqmm, 3 core underground cable including both side connection with cable lugs etc, laid in trenches, along poles or passing through pipes or laid under floor or through walls etc as in repair/replacement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying jointing and commissioning, LT 1100 volts grade under gound cables XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip armoured electric powder cable (heavy duty) with alumininum conductor cross sectional area 120 Sqmm 3.5 core, laid in trenches, along poles or passing with through pipe or laid under floor or through/on walls etc as in repair/replacement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying jointing and commissioning, LT 1100 volts grade under gound cables XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip armoured electric powder cable (heavy duty) with alumininum conductor cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3.5 core, laid in trenches, along poles or passing with through pipe or laid under floor or through/on walls etc as in repair/replacement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying jointing and commissioning, LT 1100 volts grade under gound cables XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip armoured electric powder cable (heavy duty) with alumininum conductor cross sectional area 35 Sqmm 3.5 core, laid in trenches, along poles or passing with through pipe or laid under floor or through/on walls etc as in repair/replacement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying jointing and commissioning, LT 1100 volts grade under gound cables XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip armoured electric powder cable (heavy duty) with alumininum conductor cross sectional area 16 Sqmm 4 core, laid in trenches, along poles or passing with through pipe or laid under floor or through/on walls etc as in repair/replacement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing switch air break, triple pole, gang operated, outdoor type, mechanically operated, mounted on 12 insulators and steel channel frame with all fittings & accessories like channel, angle, nut, bolts and washer etc, with 25 mm bore GI pipe as operatig rod of suitable length for operating mechanism worked from ground level, including drop out fuse unit assembly 11 KV grade, for current rating upto 400 Amps suitable for 11000 volts grade, AC supply, including locking arrangement for opertaing handle incl all fixing arrangement with and including taking out old GOD complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing Lightning arrester Expulsion type of capacity HT 11KV 65(KA) station class complete with fixing clamps, bolts, nuts and washers fixed in repairs complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge.

S&F Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for HT, 25x20cm size complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying synthetic rubber insulated mats 25mm thick for voltage upto 11 KV for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of size 2mx1m, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying insulating Mat Class B safe working voltage 11KV with thickness not less than 2.5mm with + 10% tolerance and length of any dimensions, oil resistance, Acid ressistance and flame resistance conforming to IS 15652-2006. Mat shall be affixed to the surface (duly V cut) with high class bounding adhesive complete all as specifed and as directed .

Material and labour for preparation of old sufaces of Two pole structures (of any length/height), applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint to poles as per the existing stripes pattern upto 1.2 metre above the PCC coping and single approved colour on balance portion of pole including one coat of aluminium paint on mild steel cross arms, brackets, all steel members and re-writing pole numbers complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Two pole structure including fixtures/fittings on the structure will be measured as one job.

All as per description of item No 54 here in before but four pole structure complete all as specfied. Note : Four pole structure including fixtures/fittings on the structure will be measured as one job.

Supply and fix copper winding coils of required size with super enamelled superior quality copper wire of suitable size on primary side of transformer (HV side)and specification, complete with insulation, varnishing, vaccum impregnation and baking of coil assembly etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of floors, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 50 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in floors, finished the surface even and fair, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Aluminium lugs/ferrules for LT under ground cable, 1100V suitable for cable size of 25sqmm to 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Aluminium lugs/ferrules for LT under ground cable, 1100V suitable for cable size of 120sqmm to 300 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix digital control card for servo voltage stablizer suitable for 100 KVA to 800 KVA including making all necessary connections in repair/replacement complete all as specified and directed.

Note: The Total amount shall subject to adjustment of credit of Rs.1,22,154.00 for old Materials as per Schedule of Credit.
