Civil Work:- HOCKEY ASTROTURF:- Construction of granular sub-base by providing material as per grading-III ( Table 400-I of MORT&H 5th revision), mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per technical clause 401 of MORT&H specifications

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per technical clause 406 of MORT&H specifications

Prime Coat @ 0.85kg per sqm Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion SS on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.85kg/sqm complete as per technical clause 502 of MORT&H specifications

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion RS using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface/granular surface treated with prime coat after cleaning the surface complete as per technical clause 503 of MORT&H specifications

Providing and laying 50mm thick BM

Providing and laying 30mm thick BC

(i) Providing & Laying FIH Global Certified Turf from FIH Certified Turf Manufacturer having pile height of 13mm both recommended for water or sand dressed hockey international tournaments and national level tournaments, maintaining international hockey federation (FIH).Detailed specification attached in BOQ/DNIT. (ii) Providing and laying 15 mm thick rubberized (cast in situ) under layer as per F.I.H. reuirement and specification F.I.H. compettions, including all fittings and net etc all complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Earth work in excavation in foundations trenches etc. in all kinds of soil where Pick-Jumper work is not involved and not exceeding 2.0 metres depth including dressing of bottom and sides of trenches, stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and subsequent filling around masonry in 15 cm, layers with compaction including disposal of all surplus soil as directed within lead of 30 metres.

Cement Concrete 1:8:16 with stone ballast of size. 40 mm guage.mixing by mechanical means using concrete mixer volumetric type
