Carrying out detailed computerized topographical survey of the site using DGPS, Drone, and Total Station, including marking, measurement and recording with high precision of all physical features on ground, true to their actual positions, such as site boundaries, buildings/structures, roads, footpaths, drains, trees, electric and telephone lines, poles, manholes, overhead HT/LT electric lines, transformers, substations, overhead water tanks (OHT), tube wells, metallic roads, right-of-way paths, existing permanent and temporary structures, fencing, boundary walls/lines, gates, and other utilities, etc. The work also includes fixing of Temporary Bench Mark (TBM) with reference to a permanent benchmark, marking the TBM on ground, and recording its coordinates and levels using standard surveying software. Further, the work includes preparation of contour plan at 0.50 m contour interval based on the survey data, preparation of detailed survey drawings on computer using AutoCAD or other approved software, and submission of soft copy of survey drawings (CD/DVD/USB), and Four (04) colored hard copies (A0 size) of the drawings. The work shall be complete in all respects and carried out as per scope of work and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. Note - Soft copies of all photographs and videos captured through Drone survey, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, shall also be provided in the USB Drive.
