Shifting/ relocating of Oxygen bed panel 02 Nos from 2nd floor gynaecological ward to Ground Floor for installation of ventilators , Electrification job and minor sanitary works at RO-Dialysis ward, at DH Handwara.

Providing, shifting, fixing, testing and commissioning of Oxygen, Vacuum & Medical Air Bed Panel Points inside the newly created Ventilator Ward of the 200-Bedded Hospital Building, DH Handwara, comprising the following complete works: • Dismantling of existing Oxygen Bed Panels installed inside the ward at the 2nd Floor of the New Hospital Building by carefully cutting the Oxygen, Vacuum and Medical Air copper pipeline network, including plugging/sealing of the cut ends of copper tubes by brazing to ensure leak-proof isolation of the existing system. • Safe dismantling, handling, loading, unloading and shifting of the bed panels from the 2nd Floor to the newly created Ventilator Ward at the Ground Floor of the G+5, 200-Bedded Hospital Building, DH Handwara, without causing damage to the equipment. • Tapping of independent branch connections from the existing main/sub-main Oxygen, Vacuum and Medical Air copper pipeline network by cutting, brazing and providing all necessary copper fittings, bends, tees, reducers, sockets, couplings, supports and other accessories required for complete installation. • Providing, fixing and mounting of 02 Nos. existing bed panels at the designated locations, including alignment, anchoring, interconnection with the tapped medical gas pipeline network and all necessary accessories. • Testing and commissioning of the complete Oxygen, Vacuum and Medical Air pipeline network connected to 02 Nos. bed panels, including pressure testing, vacuum testing, leak detection, functional testing and rectification of defects, if any, to ensure satisfactory operation in accordance with applicable standards. • Complete painting and identification of the exposed copper tubing with approved colour coding for Oxygen, Vacuum and Medical Air pipelines as per relevant Medical Gas Pipeline System (MGPS) standards. The item includes all labour, skilled technicians, brazing equipment, consumables, T&P, scaffolding (where required), carriage of materials, testing instruments and all incidental works necessary for satisfactory completion of the job, complete in all respects, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing of Electrical points for bed panels in ventilator ward by way of: Providing and laying heavy-duty 25mm PVC conduit of approved diameter for electrification points inside the ward at Ground Floor, including chasing in walls/floors wherever required, fixing with approved clamps/saddles, providing necessary bends, junction boxes, inspection boxes, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 2.5 Sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated, multi-strand copper conductor wire of approved make (ISI marked) for heating points, drawn through existing/proposed PVC conduit, including all necessary connections, ferrules, lugs, sleeves, testing, commissioning, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing heavy-duty 16 Amp switched socket combination (SS Combined) of approved reputed make inside the ward for power connectivity to bed head panels/accessories, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing of tapping points and other minor repairs inside RO- Ward of dialysis by way of: Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete (PCC) of Grade M-15 for sanitary base/foundation in the RO Plant washroom section, including mixing, laying, compacting, levelling, finishing and curing complete as per approved specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate shall include all labour, materials, tools, plants, carriage of materials, and all incidental charges required to complete the work.

Providing, fixing and laying approved quality vitrified floor tiles of required size, shade and finish inside the washroom section of the RO Ward, over a prepared cement mortar bed with cement slurry/adhesive, including cutting, fitting, alignment, grouting of joints with matching grout, finishing, cleaning, and all labour, materials, tools, tackles, carriage and incidental charges complete in all respects, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, fixing and testing heavy duty PVC plastic taps of assorted sizes of approved/reputed make, including all fittings, accessories, connection to the existing water supply line, testing and complete job in all respects.

Providing and fixing vitreous China wash basin of approved size and reputed make inside the RO Ward, complete with C.I./M.S. brackets, pillar cock, waste coupling, PVC waste pipe, bottle trap, connection to the existing water supply and drainage system, including all necessary fittings, fixtures, cutting, making good damaged surfaces, testing, commissioning, and carriage of materials, complete in all respects, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and fixing SS floor traps of approved size and reputed make, complete with removable grating, water seal, connection to the existing drainage line, including all necessary fittings, cutting, making good damaged surfaces, testing for proper drainage, and carriage of materials, complete in all respects, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
