General servicing and preventive maintenance of DG set any make including checking of oil level,topping of distill water in batteries,tighteting of battery terminal,coolant level of radiator including detection of fault of DG set and minor repair to making functional of DG set and tightening of nuts bolts, washers greasing etc for proper running of DG sets complete of capacities of 40 KVA to 125 KVA (i) Spare parts shall be measured and paid for separately and the cost of fixing charges shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Lubricating oil shall be issued under sch ‘B’ free for filling. (iii) Cost of oiling, greasing, tightening of nuts, bolts and minor work extra are included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor.

Material and labour for painting of DG Set, panel and oil tank with synthetic enemel paint two coats by spray painting approved colour after scraping of old paint, cleaning of all rusted portion, surface including sign writing i.e MES No, Make, Capacity for 125 KVA DG Setetc complete all as specified and directed. Make: ICI Paint / Asian Paint / Shalimar Paints / Berger Paints

Dismantling of radiator from engine of any capacity de-scaling and brazing as required for repair of water tank etc. and re-fixing the same after repair work complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconecting, repairs and overhauling of self starter 12 V/ 24 V of any DG set complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for spares required to repairs /overhauling above self starter 12 V/ 24 V including rewinding of Armature, replacement of clutch assembly, carbon brushes and pinion assembly complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only self starter 12 V complete suitable for diesel generating set including dismantling and removal of old self starter complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Lucas / other make as approved by GE.

Supply and replacement of Automatic battery charger AC input 230 + 10% V output DC for 12/24 volt battery current 10-15 Amp complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement of alternator 12/24 volts capacity including fixing arrangement in existing position of DG set complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement lead acid battery 12 volts 150AH heavy duty maint free complete including initial charging complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Exide express /Amron /SF

Reconditioning of battery 12 volts 180AH by replacing complete negative & positive PVC separator, electrolytes & recharging complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out FIP from DG set transportation to authorised service centre for overhauling and re-calibration and re-fixing back to the DG set including replacement of necessary spare parts such as delivery valves, plungers ‘O’ ring spring,nozzel etc. of 40 to 125 KVA capacities complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement microprocessor digital type DG set controller of DG set capcity 40 KVA to 125 KVA ( Make of DG set- Greaves Cooton) including connecting all control wiring & programming all the parameter related to DG set at site complete all as specified and as directed.

Reapir, rewiring of control panel of STP by cleaning inside/outside and around the panel, checking and tightening of all incoming and outgoing connections and replacing aluminium lugs, replacement of burnt wires of existing size as required to make it functional complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Any other spare required for replacement shall be measured and paid under relevent item of BOQ as supply & rate of fixing is deemed to be included under this item.

M&L for carrying out drinking water test (Becteriological Anylsis) as per IS 10500-2012 viz, coliform, E coli, aluminium (as Al), arsenic( as As), Boron (as B), Cadmium (as Cd), calcium (as Ca),chloride (as Cl),,total Chromium (as Cr),colour Copper (as Cu),Cyanide (as CN) detergents, Flurides (as F), Iron (as Fe), Lead (as Pb), Deg c, phenolic compounds,residual free chlorine, selenium (as Se), solid dissolved (TDS), Sulphate (as SO4), taste,Total Alkalinity,Total Hardness( asCaCo3) ,Turbidity,Zinc (as Zn), ammonia as total ammonia N, Barium (as Ba), chloamines (as Cl2), silver as(Ag), sulphide (as H2S), molybdenum (as Mo), Nickel (as Ni),Trihalomethanes as ( Bromoform, dibron, oehloromethane, bromodichloromethane, chloroform, mineral oil, polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB), polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH) Total pesticides residues,radioactivity test ( alpha & beta radiation) at an NABL accredited lab and submission of tests reports in 10 days time from date of collection of sample complete all as directed. Note :- 1. Item will be deemed to include collection and transportation of samples in the manner prescribed by the lab supervisused by Engg-In-Charge. 2. Lab will be approved by from the GE prior to collection of samples. 3. location and time of collection will be decided by Engg-In-Charge.

M&L for clening of underground static water tank of approx 25000gln capacity by mechanised de watering by using industrial submersible pump, scrapping sludge and removel by using industrial sludge pumping, cleaning of all dust particle ,sterilization of tank by using chlorination chemical and two coats of white wash on internal surfaces of wall including preperation of surfaces,writing date of clening of tank with whitepaint on black base as specified and directed. Note:- (a) Sludge shall be removed to a distance not exceeding 50 m distance and depositing where directed. (b) the cost of T&P and safty equipment shall be included in the quoted rate. (c) The contractor will responsible for all safty measure of workers.

M&L for cleaning of RCC underground sump of 20000 Gallon capacity in a fire pump house at 110 block inside by mechanised de watering by using industrial submersible pump, scrapping sludge and removal by using industrial sludge pumping, cleaning of all dust particle, sterilization of tank by using chlorination chemical and two coat of white wash on internal surfaces of wall including preperation of surfaces, writing date of clening of tank with white paint on black base complete all as specified and directed.
