Excavation in foundation , trenches etc., in all kinds of soil such as pickwork, jumper work blasting work, in soft / hard rock, including chiseling wedging out of rocks clearance of bushes etc.including shoring, dewatering etc. in all leads and lifts stacking the excavated soil upto any lead and lift clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinth , sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus earth complete within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Walls (any thickness but not less than 0.10 metre thickness) including attached pilasters buttersses ,plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation upto floor two level complete within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and Laying cement concrete 1 :1.5:3 (1Cement :1.5 Sand:3graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) & curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :-

Foundation, footings, bases of columns etc. and mass concrete complete within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Suspended floors,roofs,landing shelves and their supports balconies beams,girders bressumers and cantilever upto floor two level complete within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Random rubble stone masonry/polygonal rubble masonery ( uncoursed / brought to couses) with hard stone of approved quality in foundation & plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 ( 1cement :6sand : 12 graded stoene aggregate 20mm nominal size ) at plinth level in cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement :6 sand )complete within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm, so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering , strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4meters and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain.

Vertical surfaces such as walls(any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like complete within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like floors etc. above 200mm. In thicknesscomplete within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Beams,cantilevers,girders & lintels, sides & soffits of beams, haunching,cantilevers,bressumers 1.00 mts. In depth in all heights from floor complete within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing in RCC work smooth finishing of the exposed surface with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) with in all leads and lifts & to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level complete within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 200mm wide cast iron rungs with chequered or ribbed non slip surface including fixing in manholes with 200mm x200mmx100mm cement concrete 1:3:6 ( 1cement :3sand :6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size and curing complete within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections,trusses & framed work, including cutting ,hoisting & fixing in position & applying a priming coat of red lead paint :- In grating, framed ,guards,bars, ladders, railing, brackets & similar works complete within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Laying jointing and testting of GMS pipe of 80mm dia (medium class) for scour pipe, inlet pipe , over flow pipe & distribution system complete within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. .( Labour rates.)

Providing and fixing double flanged C.I sluice valve of Kirloskar /Leader with M.S. flanges of table 5 of 80 mm dia (with hand wheel) as per IS: 780 (including brass spindleand as per IS: 2906 Class-II complete with bolts., nuts, rubber insertion etc. ( along with tail pieces if required) within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Constructing chamber for sluice valves with C.I surface box 100mm top diameter, 160mmbottom diameter and 180mm deep (inside with chained lid and RCC top slab1:2:4(1cement:2sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) 100mm thick foundation concrete 1:5:10 (1cement :5sand:10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size ) and insideplastering with cement mortar 1:3(1cement:3sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cementincluding curing complete with 600x600x750mm inside size with 150mm thick wall of RCC 1:2:4 ( 1cement :2sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) complete with formand reinforcment with 6mm bars at not exceeding 150mm centres both ways complete within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing wood work in frames of doors,windows,clerestory,windows and other frames wrought,framed and fixed in position with second class deodar wood complete within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge

White washing with lime on undecorated walls surface (two coats) to give an even shade including thoroughly brooming the surface dirt dust mortar dirt and other foreign mattercomplete within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Distempering two coat with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacturers of required shade of undecorated wall surfaces to give even shade over and including a priming coat with alkali-resistance primer of approved brand and manufacturer after throughly brushing the surface from motor dropping and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papering smooth priming coat with distemper primer complete within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand & manufacture & of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after thotoughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt & remains of loose powdered materials complete within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium Sliding door bolts 250x16mm of anodized transparent and shade with necessary screw etc. complete within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium tower bolts (Barrel type) of 200x10mm.of anodized transparent and shade with necessary screw etc. complete within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium handles 125 mm dia of anodized transparent and shade with necessary screw etc. complete within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats(excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surface with ready mixed paint brushing the give and even shade including cleaning of all dirt dust and other foreign matter and sand papering and stopping with ready mixed paint other than white complete within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Precast terrazzo tiles hydraulic compressed 20 mm thick (with marble chips of specifiedsizes) in skirting and risers of steps not exceeding 30 cm in height on 10 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement: 3 sand)jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles (wherever required)including rubbing and polishing complete with tiles of following shades complete within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Kota stone slab flooring 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortor 1:4 (1 cement :4 sand) laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab. including rubbing and polishing complete ( 25mm thick) complete within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and placing the filter media in horisontal layer duly graded, screended and cleaned as per specification complete within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Top layer :- Fine sand effective size : 0.20 to 0.40 mm and uniformity co-efficient (2-3 ) complete within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

2nd layer:- Coursed sand 3 mm to 6mm complete within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

3rd Layer :- 6 mm to 20mm complete within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of under ground RCC raw water storage tank 80000 Liters capacity with top dome at head works ,including excavation in all kinds soil strata in M-30( Desgin Mix) Not leaner than 1:1.5:3 Nominal mix concrete in foundation, walls, bottom slab ,ring beams and Providing and Laying cement concrete 1 :1.5 :3 (1Cement :1.5 Sand:3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) nominal mix for top dome & curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete, smooth finishing in 1:3 in side the tank, refilling and disposing of surplus stuff within all leads and lift . The job also includes providing and jointing of pipe assembly for inlet, outlet, overflow & scoure pipe with bye pass arrangement consisting of G.I./M.S. pipes incliding all fitting and valves , Sluice valves of required classes and dia and all other accessories required such as MS ladders SFRC man hole cover with frames (Medium duty) with locking arrangement , water level indicator, RCC chamber for all valves. Ventilating shafts shall also be provided. The tanks shall be hydraulically tested for water tightness . All works shall be conforming to relevant IS code to the entire satisfaction Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of RCC 1No over head tank 80000 litres with 10 metre staging height in M30 (Desigm Mix) from ground level to bottom of dome slab comprising of inlet,scour & over flow pipes as per deatails given below from G.L. to tank including bends of required degrees,valves of reqd.size conforming to relevants codes RCC Spiral 1.0 mtrs.wide stair case/MS stair case i/c GMS pipe railing as per IS specification,steel ladder 45 cms.wide of usual height as per site requirement M.S. manhole covers (Medium duty) 75xmx75cm fabricated with 3.15mm thick M.S sheet welded over M.S. angle iron frame of 40x40x6mm hinged on a frame of M.S. angle 50x50x6 properly grouted on the roof and having locking arrangement ventilator at Top done with minimum opening od 90x90cm. water level indicator including floats and measuring gauge, lightening conductor with earthing arrangement etc.The RCC over head reservoir shall include randering/plastering of the uneven expose surface, two coats of snowcem paint and any other component reqd.for the completion of the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.The offers shall also include detail structural drawing / design calculations to be approved by the competent authority based on the raft foundation by taking seismic forces in the design calculation expension joints as required at site.The offer shall also i/c the cost of providing and fixing of GMS/MS pipes,and valve/fitting complete i/c duck foot bends,puddle collars,expansion joints etc.connecting with rising main & distribution main with reqd. length from the edge of foundation and any other components required for the completion of job upto the entire satsfactionof the Engineer-in-Charge.
