Repairs to damaged edges of concrete in PQC slab by cutting the three sides of edges to shape 30 to 40mm deep and 40 to 50 mm wide, trimming the surface and application of resin formulation in two stages as given below including preparation of surface complete all as specified and as directed. (a) First Stage consist of application of a primer coat with epoxy resin of mix with formulation of 100 parts of Araldite GY 257 (depend 101 propane epichorihydrin) and 50 part of Hardner Hy 840 by weight. (b) Second stage consist of application of epoxy resin mortar mix with the following formulations :- (i) Araldite GY 257 -100 parts by weight (ii) Hardner Hy 840 - 50 parts by weight. (iii) Quartz sand No.9 - 450 parts by weight.

Repairing the pot holes and edge spalling in PQC slab by cutting the existing concrtet slab by machine to average depth of not excedding 40 mm and average width/lengh not exceeding 60 mm trimming the surface and application of resin formulation in two stages as given below including preparation of surface complete all as specified and as directed. (a) First Stage consist of application of a primer coat with epoxy resin of mix with formulation of 100 parts of Araldite GY 257 (depend 101 propane epichorihydrin) and 50 part of Hardner Hy 840 by weight. (b) Second stage consist of application of epoxy resin mortar mix with the following formulations :- (i) Araldite GY 257 -100 parts by weight (ii) Hardner Hy 840 - 50 parts by weight. (iii) Quartz sand No.9 - 450 parts by weight.

M&L for preparation of surface crack in flexible pavement using wire brush and cleaning the surface by using air blower/compressor and applying runway instant crack sealing tape of 150 mm wide , 2mm thick , having self adhesive , cold applied , polymer modified high tack bituminous to form high strength water proof layer complete all as specified as per manufacurer instructions and as directed.

M&L for preparation of surface crack in flexible pavement using wire brush and cleaning the surface by using air blower/compressor and applying runway instant crack sealing tape of 75 mm wide, 2 mm thick, having self adhesive , cold applied , polymer modified high tack bituminous to form high strengh waer proof layer complete all as specified as per manufacurer instructions and as directed.

M&L for neatly cutting the cracks on flexible/Rigid pavements by diamond cutter including cleaning the cracks by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc and removing loose dirt, debris etc. using air blower and providing "RUNPHALT" bitumen tubing/rope,elastomeric , liqufiable,self levelling sealent of dia 12.7 mm dia by inserting the same into the cleaned cracks by suitable means and subsequently melting it using heating processs/torching it contunisouly ( without removing the plastic wraps) untill it liquifies and fills in the voids of cracks fully upto the pavement surface , complete all as per manufacuter's insrtructions and all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repairing the PQC surface where aggregates are exposed by following stages:- (i) Preparing the surface by steel wire brushes/mechanically grinding the surface to remove all loose materials, mud etc.and cleaing the surface by using machanical air blower before aplying primer. (ii) Apply Flex O Patch Special Primer RDL 942 from Choksey or any other equilant make, over the cleaned surface (iii) Apply the elastomeric concrete minimum depth 3 to 5 mm (Flex O Patch manufacured by Choksey or any other equialent make) within 30 minutes of after applying primer and mix proportion as per manufacures instructions. Note: the works to be carried out as per manufacures instructions and as directed.

Supplying and fixing DTGM board black colour with 4mm thick acrylic sheets of any size with 100 mm dia air pressure clearnace circle as required in each board complete all as specified and directed

Supplying and fixing retro reflective stickers of width 150mm and of required length complete all as specified and directed

Supplying and fixing 63mm dia PVC pipe heavy duty (Class 5 - IS 4985) 10 kgf / cm² as vertical post for DTGM board with PVC caps at top and fixed with bushes and screws of required height complete all as specified and directed

Supplying and fixing of 25mm dia PVC pipes 15 kgf / cm²(IS 4985) for conencting the vetical pipes and interconnection with PVC end caps and fixed with PVC bushes and screws complete all as specified and directed

Removing the existing damaged filled sealing compound including polyethylene rod in Construction/Dummy joints by raking end using blow lamp and cleaning of Construction/Dummy joints of concrete pavement free from dust applying masking tape on edge of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surfaces to give a neat finish to the sealant, provision of polyethylene backup rod 8 to 10 mm dia in construction/dummy joint and sealed with COLPOR 200 polyurethane based sealing compound confirming to BS 5212 1990 o & BS -4254 and EN-141875-2003 (for hydrolysis / water resistance test) or equivalent of approved colour after application of suitable primer and removing the masking tape after the sealant filling etc complete for construction / dummy joint 6mm to 8mm wide all as specified and as per manufacturers instructions all as specified and as directed.

Removing the existing damaged filled sealing compound including polyethylene rod in expansion joints by raking end using blow lamp and cleaning of expansion joints of concrete pavement free from dust applying masking tape on edge of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surfaces to give a neat finish to the sealant, provision of polyethylene backup rod 30mm dia in expansion joint and sealed with COLPOR 200 polyurethane based sealing compound confirming to BS 5212 1990 o & BS -4254 and EN-141875-2003 (for hydrolysis / water resistance test) or equivalent of approved colour after application of suitable primer and removing the masking tape after the sealant filling etc complete for expansion joint 25mm wide all as specified and as per manufacturers instructions all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of concrete in ground floors and pavings nexec 15cm thickness (below or above ground level)

Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type C2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) provided in edges of runway for all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type C2 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) provided in edges of runway without using extra cement and spike rolling to surfaces or making impressions of expend metal whilst concrete is green all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 38mm x 3mm glass strip

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks bult in CM 1:6 straight or curved on plain n,exc 6 m radius complete all as specified

Dismantling the f Wind sock pole of 75mm dia and lowering its height up to required level and replacing the same complete all as specified
