M&L for Cutting out cracks 'V' section on existing roofs or terrace cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 by weight complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specified and provided (in sunken portion area) , removing demolished material completely and old waste pipe from sunken portion and cleaning the side/bottom surface of sunken floor with wire brush, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 using 40 mm brick aggregate as in sunken floor slab complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in seal the joints of pipes in sunken portion with PCC blocks, rounded or chamffered on edges complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for providing 25 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendening in sunken portion in cement mortar 1:3 including water proofing liquid as per manufacutre as per specification finished fair even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (water proof liquid paid and measured seprately)

M&L for 70 cm long medium grade 50 mm bore GI pipe fixed in to the sunken portion upto the wall for taking out leakage water and making good to existing surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down existing bitumen felt roof treatment including cement mortar bedding and cleaning the surface and removal outside the MoD land, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0, using 12.50mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in avg 50mm padding to roof, sunken floor to maintain the required slope and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) mixed with WPC as per manufacturer’s instructions @ 0.50% by weight of cement on concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L water proofing treatment of roof consisting as under:- (a) Applying evenly a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384:1986 @ 0.30 litre/sqm including preparation of roof surfaces (b) Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/Sqm on plaster surface all as specified. (c) A layer of 3mm thick APP polymeric membrane of weight not less than 3.00 kg/sqm, reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weight not less than 160gm/sqm), duly sealed at over laps & joints with end laps of the 10cm and side over laps of 7.5cm by flame (by torch application) all as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only water proofing liquid compoundcomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. :Make : DR. FIXIT PIDE PROOF LW, CICO, FOSROC.

M&L for appling one coat Bitumen water proofing aluminium heat resistance paint on the roof as per manufacture instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : PLASCON/PLASCON or equalant

Dismantling of asbestos cement (corrugated, semi-corrugated, etc.) sheets any thicknes in roof covering all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for asbestos cement 6mm thick corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets in roof firxed with L-type or J-type crenked hook bolts all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 16 above but using old serviceable AC sheets retreived from item No 15 above etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Asbestos cement 6mm thick in two pieces adjustable plain ridge fixed wirth l-type and J-type hook bolts complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair 0.5 mm thick pre coated thick galvalume aluminium zink coated GI based corrougated steel sheeting or curved shape of any colour having tansile strength of 550 MPA as in roof covering/glading to wall fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for joint free coloured non skid coloured ceramic tiles in patches matching with existing tile 7 to 8mm thick (squar / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar in (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for vitrified tiles in patches matching with existing tile 7 to 8mm thick (squar / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar in 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Granite (of any type) work 16-18mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platform, verticle surfaces and any position in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite incl screed bed 15 mm th in CM 1:6 incl chamfering and rounding of edges where required all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for glossy chequered cement concrete tiles 300x300x25mm thick, set jointed and pointed in near cement slurry in floors with white cement and pigments in any colour machine preassed glazed , over cement screed bed 15mm thick cement motor 1:6 all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.make nitco/arena or equivalent all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 10 mm thick vitrified glossy finsih for parking/ path (squar / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and jointed in white/coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar in 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for providing 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) 75 mm thick in plinth protection and courtyard, finished cement surfaces even and smooth with out using extra cement , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling mild steel work of any description not otherwise described for complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for MS angle iron as in posts, chowkhats and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc flat iron fillets (for securing with mesh etc including all necessary drilling bolting or riveting etc and similar work confirming to Fe-290 (Gde-E-165 quality-B. Note:-Posts/struts of angle iron made to shape shall be welded to existing angle iron bracket of security wall, contractor shall make his own arrangement for welding for boundary wall by using gen sets or any alternative arrangement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails, M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC `C' channel heaving a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width suck inside with solvent cement for stiles and wood grain printed PVC Sheet used 5mm thick x 15mm wide PVC sheet beading used inside stiles and rails and decorative PVC beaading of 10mm x 10mm used instead of exposed portion of PVC sheet beading for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing.

S&F Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S Square tube, supplying & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing.

Note:- The amount of Rs 73,755/- against Schedule of Credit on Page No 136 shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A' while deriving the Contract Sum for Acceptance
