| 1Survey, demarcation and stacking out of points from the Geo referenced maps of forest boundary including casting of RCC boundary pillars on site along the boundary of Forest for a length of about 43.40 km in Great Nicobar Island. The work should be undertaken as per the CPWD’ specification and BIS Standards as applicable for various items item of work as detail below. a) Identification & Demarcation and staking out of points on ground from the Geo-referenced maps of Forest boundary. Carrying out DGPS survey of pillars points @ 20 m interval part thereof along the periphery of the proposed boundary by conducting preliminary survey and transfer the point at site (Stake out) by using suitable instrument, erect temporary sticks/balli fixed firmly to the ground, enabling to identify the pillar position and conducting final survey for casting of permanent RCC pillars etc. all complete including providing of Permanent bench mark at every 5 km a part thereof as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and details enclosed in scope of work and supply of CAD drawings of pillar position in Auto CAD drawing of suitable scales including clearing of jungle and surface dressing of ground, making path, crossover at drain/nallah etc to carry out the survey work. | |||||
| 1.01 | b) Erection of cast-in site RCC pillars/post of mix 1:1:5:3 & size 45 cm X20cm X120cm ( above ground level) (as per detail drawing enclosed) in the marked location along the boundary at interval of 20 mtr or part thereof by making foundation trench of size 120cmx95cmX110 cm and laying of stone soiling ( 90cmX65cm) PCC 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 sand, 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm Nominal sized derived from natural source) 10 cm thick over stone soiling 90 cmx65cm) casting of RCC 1:1:5:3 footing and pillars as per the detailed drawing filling of foundation trench with available earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth within a lead of 50 mtr including Centering and shuttering for all items complete. Steel reinforcement for RCC work including Straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete with TMT bars of grade Fe-500 D or more by providing 10mm dia bars in footing (single mesh)@ 200 mm c/c both ways, 06 Nos. 10mm dia bars in pillars, 8 mm dia stirrups @125mm c/c.
Plastering of RCC Pillars above ground level with 6 mm cement plaster of mix 1:3 (1 Cement :3 Fine sand). Painting of RCC pillars above ground level with two or more coats including priming coat of exterior primer with alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior premium acrylic emulsion paint with silicon additive, writing/imprint of latitude & longitude co-ordinates on 03 sides of RCC pillar with premium acrylic smooth exterior paint with silicon additives. | - | - | - | - |
