Supply, Installation, testing & Commissioning of Stationary storage type electric water heater (Geyser) of capacity 25 Litres made of PVC body with glass lined coating MS inner tank, safety valve, BEE 5 star rated , Power Rating of 2000 Watt, maximum water temperature 75 Degree, Rated pressure 0.8 Mpa and confirming to IS:2082(Part-1), IS 302-2-21 other relevant BIS including fixing arrangement and suitable capacity flexible 3 core copper cable of 1.5 metre to 2 metre length necessary connection with and including one set CP flexible Connection pipe of 450 mm length for cold & hot water fixing on walls with and including all necessary fitting material i.e. mild steel Bolts (Bolted to be grouted ). Nuts, Washers etc complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- Contractor shall submit manufactures test report as per ref BIS to GE before any payment.

S&F Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB of 20 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCB SPN 240V, 32 Amps capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCB SP 240V, 6-32 Amps capacity complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cutting existing steel tubing of size 20-25 mm dia for alterations or additions (incl all fittings) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for sub main wiring with single core PVC insulated unsheathed , 1100 Volts grade, (FRLS) copper cable 6.00 sqmm stranded conductor and drawing through and including rigid PVC non metalic surface conduit medium duty (ISI Marked) with conduit accessories such as junction boxes, bends, tees etc. including continuous earth wire PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade, cable 6.00 sqmm copper conductor and connected to common earth dolly complete as directed including taking down old submain wiring .Note :-(i) One run of PVC conduit, two runs of cable (Phase + Neutral) and one run of earth wire shall be measured and paid as one unit. (ii) chase cutting if required shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items in this schedule.

Excavation in Trenches not exc. 1.50 Metre wide and not exc. 1.50 Metre in depth for laying of UG Cable/Pole/Stays, etc., getting out including forming bottom surface to required level and gradient in Soft/ Loose Soil and getting out, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation/Cutting Road/ Hardstanding in Trenches not exc. 1.50 Metre wide and not exc. 1.50 Metre in depth and getting out, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Quoted Unit Rate shall deem to be included Materials and Labour required for repairing to damaged Road/ Hardstanding to match the existing Surfaces and Specifications.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 Cm in Soft/ Loose Soil, complete all as specified and as directed.
