Material and Labour for Solid PVC wall lining consisting of 5mm thick plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour rendering 15 mm thick on outer faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1 :4 including finished even and smooth mix with WPC @ 2% wt of cement (WPC Paid separately) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only integral waterproofing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking , sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc and brushing neat cement slurry with 3 kg of cement per sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for Bitumastic gola, with 80/25 bitumen and coarse sand mixture 1:3 by weight, 8 cm x 8 cm at the junction of roofing to vertical surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for priming roof surfaces and applying water proofing treatment over roofs comprising of the following : (a) APP polymeric water proofing membrane minimum 3 mm thick and weighing not less then 3.00 Kg/sqm of Make : STP Texsa Ltd or hyper plas (Polyster),black finish reinforced with non -woven polyster matt wt not less then 150 gms/Sqm with thermo fusable finish laid over and including compatible bitumin primer at the rate of 0.40 Ltr/Sqm torching over laps with a propane or butene gas torch with a overlap of 75mm at the side and 100mm at the ends and sealing (b) applaying a coat of cold emulsion bituminious primer all as per manufacturers instructions incl prepration of surface complete all as specifiedand directed.Note :- The water proofing tretment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorised applicators's duly approved by the GE in writing.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) C-2 using 40mm graded stone agg in path/plinth protection finished even & smooth completed without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L PCC (1:3:6) C-1 using 20 mm graded stone agg as in surface channel or drain including use of necessary form work for fair finished surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using ex- tra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down Chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) exc. 1.5 sqm but n exc 4 Sqm each and credited to the contractor all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note: The damaged portion of the tiles/rendering shall be made good with the same material to match with the adjacent surface.

S & F for Anodised aluminium frame powder coating of any colour (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for doors, windows ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing,for fixing etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F 5.5mm thick Sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing fixed in aluminium fram with aluminium beeding in square exc 0.5 sq.m in each pane including fixing of PVC gas kit and beeding, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F Aluminium(die cast) body door closer, hydraulically regulated, designation No. 3, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 kg, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for 25mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in bedding layer under floor surface finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Vitrified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick of light shade (Square/rectangular) polished area of each tile not exceeding 0. 36 sqm in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or Coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

All as per Item No. 25 but as in Skirting/Dado with 10 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

Dismantling of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors aprons etc laid in cement mortar of any thicknes, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M & L for granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) 20mm thick as in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cm 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S& F Solid PVC door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube and fixing in opening as specified and directed.

S& F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tube for top and bottom rails. Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Rendering 10 mm thick in Cement mortar 1:4 as for backing coat of wall tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
