Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete.Fixed to steel windows by welding

20 mm cement plaster 1:2 (1 cement : 2 stone dust(M-sand)). (External work upto floor five level no extra will be paid for scaffolding)

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate epoxy priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete.On steel work.Two coats

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture. Make: Berger or equivalent

Painting with aluminium paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade .Two or more coats on new work

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour. Make: Asian Apex Ultima Protek or equivalent One base coat + Two coats of paint

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface including tuch up putty etc: (water proof primer for outer wall) Water thinnable cement primer

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing emulsion paint and the like by mechanical scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including water washing wall surface (for removing dust/bungal growth/dark strain) with necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Repair to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wallsurface with SPR based polymer modified self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In- Charge.

Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with glass fibre matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufactured of density at 25°C, 0.87 - 0.89 kg/litre and viscocity 70 - 160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc., and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 350/300 N/5 cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 60/80N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane :3 mm thick. Make:STP or equivalent

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints including wall tile and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / APP/similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.[ To be taken out from CLRI permises or as directed by Engineer-In-Charge]

Providing and applying fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane with resilient acrylic polymers/polyurethane having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on top of concrete roof in three coats @10.76 litre/ 10 sqm. One coat of self-priming of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 1:1) and two coats of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dry film thickness of complete application/system not less than 500 microns). The operation shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge.Make:Fosroc Nito 725 or equivalent Methodology of applications: 1.First coat 1:1 (one part water : one part of polyurathane mix) properly mixed with stirring machine. 2.After 4 hours the second coat will be applied without water. 3.Third coat will be applied after 4 to 6 hours and allow for drying 48 hours 4.Roof will be tested with flood of water with minimum of 50mm level of water. 5.if any leakage found it will be addressed and again it is filled with water untill leakage arrest.

Providing, mixing and applying bonding coat of approved adhesive on chipped portion of RCC as per specifications and direction of Engineer-In-charge complete in all respect.Epoxy bonding adhesive having coverage 2.20 sqm/kg of approved make. Make: Fosroc Nito bond or equivalent. (including required scaffolding upto floor five level)

Patch Repair Treatment : Providing and applying of Renderoc SP 40 (Make:Fosroc or equivalent) shrinkage controlled, polymer modified, fibre reinforced high strength cementitious based repair mortar shall be mixed with water in the ratio of 4.25 litres per 25kg bag of powder and apploed at an average thickness of 30mm using a steeel trowel and finished using a damp sponge. Once the pointing mortar has dried, curing to be carried out immediately as per regular curing practice.(including required scaffolding upto floor five level)

Removing existing APP Sheet/tarfelt/raking out roof tile joint/removing tree plant roots/ and preparing surface with wire brush clean the dust partilce etc complete, disposal of debris as directed by Engineer In Charge.
