1) Providing Extension of PVC Delivery pipe line and FHTCs (245 Nos.) at Kalitheerthanpatti Village in Idaikal Panchayat.

DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM

Supply and delivery of 75 mm dia 4 KSC PVC pipe including all cost and conveyance etc., complete

Supply and delivery of 63 mm dia 4 KSC PVC pipe including all cost and conveyance etc., complete

Earth work excavation with an initial lead and lift in hard stiff clay, black cotton, hard red earth, sub murram gravel, stone and earth mixed boulders as per SS20B.

Earth work excavation in the Existing CC Pavement including all labour charges etc complete

Refilling the pipe line with excavated Earth in layers of not more than 15cm. Thick well rammed, watered and consolidated complying with standard specifications etc., complete.

Laying of PVC rigid pipes with lead of 200m lowering into trench, laying in proper grade, alignment, jointing PVC coupler with specials and tested to the required pressure including conveyance of water upto 1km lead during the testing.

PROVIDING FUNCTIONAL HOUSE HOLD TAP CONNECTIONS

Earth Excavation and depositing on bank for with an initial lead and lift as per hard gravely soil for pipe line for 20 mm PVC Pipe

Supply and Delivery of 20 mm dia PVC pipe as per BIS 4985/2000 with ISI Marking to site of works

Lowering and laying the 20 mm dia PVC pipes and specials to trench,laying to proper grade and alignment ,jointing with pvc coupler and specials fixing with solvent cement paste etc.,complete

Re- filling with excavated soil compplying with standard specification in layers of 15cm thick well rammed and consolidated after pipes and specials are laid and tested

Supply and delivery of 63 mm x 20 mm SADDLE PIECE confirming AS PER IS 7834/1987 for tapping outlet suiting for , 3/4” clear bore and with wide plastic strap (Engineering Plastic) with SS 304 suitable bolts & nuts. Saddle to have sealing of Thermo plastic elastomeric (TPE) material around - 20mm

Supply and delivery of Woltman model with removal mechanism water meters, (no domestic use) conforming to ISO 4064 part I, II, III Class B and IS-2373 with life cycle test certificate from FCRI/ NABL accridiated lab. The watermeter shall have magnetic drivers or mechanical drivers and shall be versatile for installation in any position. The meters shall be hydrodynamically, hydrostatically balanced. The runner, runner chamber, pointers of the meter shall be as per ISO 4064 specification. Dry dial excavated counter housing fully protected against flooding ensuring easy reading in all climates.
