Demolition of brick work in cement mortar above G.L. upto floor two level including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of un-serviceable materials within 20(twenty ) metres.lead within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Applying Birla / JK white wall care putty over plastered surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust loose materials and other foreign matter sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Finishing walls with Apex weather proof exterior grade emulsion of Asian paint or exterior emulsion of NAROLAC SURKSHA as per approved shade on undecorated wall surface (two or more coats) to give an even shade and final finish after thoroughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc. including sand paper smooth complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Painting two or more coats (excluding priming coat ) on new wood and wood based surfaces with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foreign matter, sand papering and stoping with enamel paint other than whiteas directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Providing and fixing non slippery Ceramic floor tiles of Kazaria/ jonhson/Orient-Bell of size 300x300 mm ( three hundred into three hundred ) (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours, shades, except White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm ( twenty millimetre) thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (one Cement isto four Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm ( three point three kilogram/ per square metre) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etcetera complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed tiles of Kazaria/ jonhson/Orient-Bell conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in- Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm ( twelve millimetre) thick bed of cement Mortar 1:3 (one cement isto three coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm( three point three kilogram/ per square metre) including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Providing and laying 20mm (twenty millimitre )white makrana marble work (table rubbed and polished) in flooring 20mm. thick base in cementmortar 1:3(one cement is to three sand including jointing with cement mortar 1:2(one white cement is to two marble dust)with an admixure of pigment to match the shade of the marble with pigment of matching shade complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Providing and fixing 19mm (ninteen millimetre) thick water proof commercial board in shelves / box for cup boards with butt joints and fixing with nails and screws etcetra complete the shelf shall be finished with 6/12mm (six / twelve millimetre) thick hard wood edging as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Providing and fixing aluminium handles anodized transparent or dyed to required colour and shade with necessary screws etcetera complete 125 mm (one hundred twenty five millimetre) including all taxes and carriage of materials within all leads, lifts , GSTas per specification and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals.

Half brick masonry using second class common brunt building brick with hoop iron of approved quality in super structure above plinth level upto floor all levels in cement mortar 1:4 (one cement isto four sand) curing complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Providing and fixing 6 mm thick water proof kit ply of standard quality ISI mark and approved shade and colour in wall linning i/c mitring at junctions, butt jointing and nails complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental.
