Providing ,laying,spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate 75mm thick Wet Mix Macadam specifications including premixing the material with water at OMC in Mechanical Mix plant, carriage of mixed material by Tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/base on well prepared surafaces and compacting with vibrator roller to achieve the desired density including scrifing WBM/ Bitumin surface, finished work to be measured including all leads, lifts and carriage of material by MT / H.L. ( conforming to clause 406 of MORT&H speciications).

20 mm thick open graded premix carpet surfacing with 1.8 cum and 0.90 cum of stone chipping of 13.2 mm size and 11.2 mm size respectively per 100 sqm and 52 Kg. & 56 Kg. of Hot Bitumen per cum of stone chippings of 13.2 mm & 11.2 mm size respectively including a tack coat with Hot straight run Bitumen of grade VG10 / VG30 and seal coat of premixed fine agg. (passing 2.36 mm & retaining on 180 micron sieve) with Bitumen using 128 Kg.of Bitumen of grade VG10 / VG30 per cum of fine agg. and 0.60 cum of fine agg. per 100 sqm of road surface including rolling and finishing cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications, complete in all respect. (Including cost of Bitumen).

Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) in trenches for foundation, drains, pipes etc. (not exceeding 1.5m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10sqm on Plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed, within a lead of 50 mtrs. a) All Kind of soil.

Providing and laying cement concrete of specified grade indluding curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: a) 1:5:10 (1 cement:5 coarse sand:10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size). (including all leads and lifts of carriages of material by M.T. / H.L

Providing and laying cement concrete of specified grade indluding curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: a) 1:3:6 (1 cement:3 coarse sand:6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size). (including all leads and lifts of carriages of material by M.T. / H.L

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc.and removal of form work for : a) Foundation, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Providing and laying Damp Proof Course 50mm thick with cement concrete 1: 2 : 4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded crushed stone aggregate 12.5mm nominal size) level (including all leads and lifts of carriages of material by M.T. / H.L

Carriage of the following materials by Mechanical Transport from source to site of work incl. loading, unloading and stacking complete :- a) Sand from Naj Crusher for an average lead of 9.00 Km. by M.T. b) Stone aggregate 40mm nominal size & above from Naj Crusher for an average lead of 9.00 Km. by M.T. c) Stone aggregate (Crusher bajree) below 20mm nominal size from Naj Crusher for an average lead of 9.00 Km. by M.T.
