PCC 1:3:6 in Foundation (Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 mix with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days.)

Prioviding, fitting & fixingof rectangular MS hollow section grill of height 950 mm with size horizontally 25 mm X 25 mm X 1.80 mm and vertically of size 25 mm X 25 mm X 1.80 mm including welding etc. complete and embedded to cement concrete as directed by the department.

Prioviding, fitting & fixingof rectangular MS hollow section grill of height 900 mm with size vertically of size 50 mm X 50 mm X 2.69 mm @ 1000 mm c/c & 50 mm X 50 mm X 2.69 mm @ 150 mm c/c and horizontally of size 25 mm X 50 mm X 2.69 mm including welding etc. complete and embedded to cement concrete with 150 mm iron angle of size 25 mm X 25 mm as directed by the department.

Prioviding, 18 mm thick Granite slab on vertical face of pedestal laid over 10 mm thick base of cement mortar in prop. 1:3 jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete as directed by the department.

Applying one self-priming coat of acrylic emulsion coating of Unicem "Rakshak" brand by thinning 1ltrs of paints with 1ltrs of water over freshly plastered wall surface after throughly brooming the surfaces free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth as specified and directed by the department.

Finishing old / new wall with water proofing weather coat smooth anti fungal premium textured exterior finish of sandex Matt brand of Snowcem India Ltd. of required shade after cleaning and clearing the surfaces etc. including scaffolding complete as directed by the department (two coats).

Applying primery coat over new steel and other metal surface over 100 m in width or girth after preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning b oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with wire brushes, fine steels, wood scrapers and sand paper, with ready mix red- lead/ red oxide primer

Painting two coats (excluding prime coat) on new steel and other metal surface with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacturer (Asian/Berger etc. Paint ) to give an even shade including cleaning of surface from all dirt, dust etc., surface over 100 mm in width or girth, High gloss

Scrapping of damaged plater in bricks work including disposing the material at a safe distance as directed by the deptt.

Water Bound Macadam (Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening Type-B/binding material to fillup the interstices of coarse aggregate,watering and compacting to the reqd. density ( with an initial lead of 5.0 km. ) B) Grading-II material

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam (Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.5% by weight of total mix and filler transporting the hot miox to work site,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no. 507. complete in all respect. (including carriage up to initial lead of 5.0 km from quarry and carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant )( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.)

Bituminous Concrete (Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 % of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no.509. complete in all respect. ( including carriage up to initial lead of 5.0 km from quarry and carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant ) (Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.)

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes and conforming to the MoSrt&H specifications

Providing reflective pavement marker with micro prismatic lens in both direction having thermoplastic body adhering to the specification and guidelines of MoSRT&H's fixed to the road surface using the adhesives and the procedures with three months replacement warrenty and free maintenance.

Providing and erecting Median Markers which shall be made of tough, high impact resistant, injection-moulded, thermoplastic body with an isosceles trapezoid structure of length, width and height not less than 15cm, 10cm and 10cm respectively and thickness shall not be less than 1.8 mm. The palstic used for moulding the Median Marker shall have a minimum notched izod impact strength value 600 J/m at room temparature, when tested in accordance with ASTM D256 shall retain 70% of this value when sujected to accelerated weathering for 1000 hours as per ASTM G 155. The logo of the manufacturer shall be embossed on either side of the body in the injection molding process. The median marker shall have fluroscent yellow color retro-reflective sheeting of size not les than 8.5cmX8.5cm and with fully reflective microprismatic cube corners as its retro-reflective elements and meets ASTM D 4956 type IX specification. The retro-reflective sheeting shall be on both sides of the median marker and shall be edge protected with no exposed edges which will prevent edge lifting, vandalism, sheeting damage etc. The median marker shall by a combination of epoxy adhesive and grouting as per manufacturers' recommendation completed as directed by engineer. The material should be accompanied with pre-quanlification warranty from the manufacturer.

Retro reflectorised Traffic sign: Providing and erecting of Retro-Reflectrorised cautionary, mandatory & informatory sign as per IRC: 67 made of high intensity encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide clause 1701.2.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75mm x 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly design foundation with M-15 grade Cement concrete 45cm x 45cm x 60cm, 60cm below ground level as per approved drawing and sign. ( All the Steel work must be Tata/Sail/or any other approved brand), 60 cm equilateral triangle

Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro-Reflectrorised sign as per IRC:67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide clause 801.3 fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2mm thick with area not exceeding 0.9sqm fixed on an angle iron of 25x25x4mm supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75mm x 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly design foundation with M-15 grade Cement concrete 45cm x 45cm x 60cm, 60cm below ground level as per approved drawing and sign. ( All the Steel work must be Tata/Sail/or any other approved brand)

Supplying, fitting and fixing double leaf heavy duty iron gate, frame made of 50 mm X 6 mm MS flat iron with another horizontal flat at the middle, 20 mm dia MS bar at 200 mm c/c from bottom flat to top flat and 20 mm dia MS bar at 200 mm c/c from bottom flat to middle flat including drilling, welding etc. complete. All vertical bars are to be protrued at least 100 mm above the middle and top flat is to be flattened and pointed as directed. Necessary locking arrangement on both faces, arrangement for temporary closing the gate and 2 nos. minimum strong hinges of MS bars and flat of same sizes on each leaf to be embedded in CC brick pillars as necessary including a red oxide painting to all iron works as directed and as specified.

Providing and fitting MS Tube hand rail of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing, balcony railing, staircase railing and similar works including applying priming coat of approved steel primer complete as specified and as directed by the department.

Clearing and Grubbing Road Land .(Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable materials to beused or auctioned up to lead of 1000metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm thickness, in area of thorny jungle

Supplying, filling and laying in loose with Geo-textile bags of Type A (1.30 X 0.70 m) made of Ge-Textile non woven fabricsheets of 400 GSM manufactured from polyster / polypropylene conforming to relevant ISO standard filled with specified sand / silt from flood plain of adjacent char within a distance of 90 m of the work site including excavation, filling geo bags with sand weighing 126.00 kg after filling, stitching the mouth of the filled bags with polypropylene or polyster complete as per technical specification and as directed by the department.
