Annual Rate Contract for Procurement of Electronic Volume corrector for RPD Meters

Description

Supply of Electronic Volume Corrector (EVC+AMR) complete with compatible external Pressure Sensor, RTD Temperature Sensor, calibration certificate, mounting accessories, user manual, EVC configuration software with unlimited device configuration (perpetual license) and all standard accessories as per the Technical Specification. The bidder shall provide configuration support during commissioning by IOAGPL/site engineers. Commissioning shall be carried out by IOAGPL/site engineers. Warranty shall be one (01) year from the date of commissioning or eighteen (18) months from the date of supply of the respective lot, whichever is earlier.

Supply of compatible Pressure Sensor for the offered Electronic Volume Corrector complete with calibration certificate, connectors and one (01) year warranty from the date of commissioning of the replaced sensor or the balance warranty of the parent EVC, whichever is later. The rates quoted for Spare Parts shall remain valid for a period of three (03) years after the expiry of the ARC. During this period, the rates may be revised once every year, subject to a maximum escalation of 5% over the rates applicable in the preceding year, subject to approval by IOAGPL.

Supply of compatible RTD Temperature Sensor complete with cable, connectors and one (01) year warranty from the date of commissioning of the replaced sensor or the balance warranty of the parent EVC, whichever is later. The rates quoted for Spare Parts shall remain valid for a period of three (03) years after the expiry of the ARC. During this period, the rates may be revised once every year, subject to a maximum escalation of 5% over the rates applicable in the preceding year, subject to approval by IOAGPL.

Supply of compatible Lithium Battery for the offered Electronic Volume Corrector complete with installation instructions and one (01) year warranty from the date of installation. The rates quoted shall remain valid for a period of three (03) years after the expiry of the ARC. During this period, the rates may be revised once every year, subject to a maximum escalation of 5% over the rates applicable in the preceding year, subject to approval by IOAGPL.

Service charges for repair of Electronic Volume Corrector (EVC+AMR), including fault diagnosis, testing, parameter configuration/reconfiguration, functional verification and one-way courier charges. Cost of spare parts, if required for repair, shall be payable separately as per the quoted SOR rates. The rates quoted for Repair Services shall remain valid for a period of three (03) years after the expiry of the ARC. During this period, the rates may be revised once every year, subject to a maximum escalation of 5% over the rates applicable in the preceding year, subject to approval by IOAGPL.

Supply, Installation & Commissioning of Web-Based EVC+AMR Monitoring Portal for 10,000 Devices (One-Time Development, On-Premises / cloud Deployment on IOAGPL Server) as per technical specification

i)The web-based monitoring portal shall support meter readings, monitoring, configuration and management of all EVCs supplied under this ARC throughout their operational life. The bidder shall ensure that no additional software license fee, device onboarding fee, user license fee or application development charges are payable by IOAGPL for monitoring EVCs supplied under this ARC during their operational life. To be integrated with IOAGPL SSO authentication; with at least 20 concurrent user licenses.
