Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator )/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 Sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including taking out the excavated soil and depositing and refilling of jhiri with watering & ramming and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed with in a lead of 50 meter. All kinds of soils.

Earth, Sand, Lime, Morrum manure or sludge. For 10 Km.

Providing and fixing steel gate, grating , and grills made of angles, tees, square bars, flats,or black pipe with holdfast and fittings complete as per design and drawing including cutting welding and fabrication with priming coat of red oxide.

CEMENT CONCRETE (CAST-IN-SITU): Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level. M20 grade Nominal Mix 1: 1.5: 3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Providing cutting, hoisting and fixing in position including fabrication of 4mm thick aluminium composite panel sheet (ACP) made of two aluminium sheet of 0.50mm thick each having a distance of 3.00mm filled with rubber polymer to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge confirming to various concerned ASTM standards includes nuts and bolts/ riveting.

Supplying and fixing of micro prismatic retro reflective sheeting confirming to type XI of ASTM D4956, shall be pressure fixed to the full face of the ACP sheet as back ground sheet (in approved colour) and the top layer will be overlaid with electro cut transparent film of approved make and colour to create the desired road sign including cutting, cleaning and pasting etc. Complete as per design, drawing and direction of engineer in charge. (Payment shall be made for flat area of sheet), Make 3M/Avery Dennison or equivalent as approved by EIC, Confirming to type XI of ASTM D4956.

Providing and fixing in position high bond (VHB) double tape 24mm wide 2.3mm thick for jointing ACP sheet with SS/MS frame including all processes like cleaning, cutting, chemical application, pressing etc. as per sample approved by the engineer-in-charge.

Marking Centre Line and stop lines etc. on road as per IRC pattern with thermoplastic paint of approved quality and make with 8% glass beads laid on the road surface at temperature 160" C with a special applicator machine complete with a special applicator machine complete with labour material and traffic diversion arrangements.

Painting Two Coats on New Concrete Surfaces Painting two coats including primer coat after filling the surface with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new, plastered/concrete surfaces as per drawing and MoRTH Specification Clause 801.

Supply of ‘L’ type Bollard made out of 1.25 mm thick M.S. sheet height 134 cm, welded in circular type ring section having upper dia 15 cm. and lower dia 21 cm with another attachment of 15x15 cm circular section with 15 cm. face plate and hold fast at bottom, whole body is processed in white stoving enamel and red reflective 3 hands, each of 7.5 cm end one reflective sheet of 15 cm. dia provided to it complete in all respect.

Providing & Fixing of Vicro Spring Post made of Flexible PU UV Stabilized, Excellent ESCR, No rust No chip, size 80X750 mm with round 3 no radium tape desinbed for max ageing resistance under sunlight having upper dia 15 cm. and lower dia 20 cm with another attachment of 15x15 cm circular section with 15 cm. face plate and hold fast at bottom as per direction of Engineer In Charge.

As Per Order No. JDA/TA to DE/07/D-1129 Dated 01/03/2007 Approved by Director (Engineering). P & F of cement concrete precast kerb or dand of M-20 grade upto 60 cm length over 20 mm thick base of cement mortar 1:6 including earth work, cutting of B/T road, cutting of WBM road etc. & jointing with cement mortar 1:4 grouted 125 mm in ground of shape as approved by Engineer-in-charge. The rates are inclusive of providing, laying and compacting base concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate of 20 mm thick nominal size) 100 mm thick below dand/kerb complete in all respect. The size of kerb be 15 cm x 32.5 cm with round at top.

Supplying & Installation of Solar Raised Pavement Markers made of polycarbonate molded body with circular shape, solar powered, LED self illumination in active mode, 360 degree illumination and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face in passive mode. The marker shall support a load of 20000 kg jested in accordance to ASTM D 4280. The marker should be resistant to dust and water ingress according to IP 65 standards and should withstand temperatures in the range of 0C to 70 C. Color of lighting could be provided in red or yellow (amber) as per requirement and typical frequency of blinking is 1 Hz. There should be current losses of less than 20 micro-amperes at 2.4 V in sleep-charging mode to enhance the life of the marker and a full charge should provide for a minimum autonomy of 50 hours. The height, width and length of the marker shall not be less than 10 mm X 100 mm X 100 mm. Also the surface diameter of the marker shall not be less than 100 mm respectively. The weight of the marker shall not exceed 0.5 Kilograms. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy rasin based adhesive as per manufacture’s recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer. (manufactured from 3M or equivalent).

Painting on Steel Surfaces Providing and applying two coats of ready mix paint including primer coat of approved brand on steel surface after through cleaning of surface to give an even shade as per drawing and MoRTH Specification Clause 801.
