Cleaning of sewage lines 100 mm dia/ bore pipe manhole to manhole by rodding and well flushing with water and removing muddy soil/sludge to a distance of 100 meter and buried into pits including sprinkling of bleaching powder over there all as specified and directed.. Note- All tools and plants shall be arranged by contractor. rods , bamboo stick or flat iron strip etc.

All as per item No 1 here in before but for 150 mm dia/ bore pipe sewage line.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep for foundations etc . or for wells,manholes as in soft/loose soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in foundations, filling andmass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for cleaning of liquid sludge from soak wells/septic tanks and disposed off to a distance not exceeding 50 mr through open drain or spread over open space complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for taking out sludge including effluent from septic tanks/manholes/digestion chambers, mechanically by sewage dispensor/browser and disposed off sludge outside the campus, barried into pits and sprinkling of bleaching powder over there all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work including all quoins, arches, pillars, post etc. built in cement mortar all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with Sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick works or concrete in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement or as per manufactures instruction, and finished even & smooth without using extra complete all as specified and directed Note :- water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI marked.

Taking out old broken/deteriorated R.C.C manhole covers and removed from the site complete all as directed

Material and labour for providing precast cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in landings, cover slabs ( for manholes etc,) chajjas, shelves and similar articals with plain faces and set in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed. Note- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia cut length bent to shape required ,including cranking bending spirally for hopping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in coping and the like including weathring slightly rounded or chamfered anglesand throating complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of PVC (SWR) drain pipe 110 mm dia/ bore complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PVC (SWR) pipe 110 mm bore single socketed in any length with rubber ring joint fixed to wall complete all as specified and directed.

Demolitions of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for ( such as hunching over drain pipes & manholes) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concretet) 150 mm internal dia set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 150 mm bore reinforced cement concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed with collars laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as bed to 150 mm bore drain pipes including packing under and completely surrounding pipes with concrete after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Distmantling cast iron work of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing cast iron soil, waste and vent pipes ( sand cast) 100mm dia in any length with or without ears, with cement joints, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 24 here-in-before but fixed to wall

Supply and fixing cast iron bends100mm bore (any radius), diminishing pieces or tapers ( large bore measured) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing cast iron branch pieces, single (equal or unequal) ordinary or inverted (spigot or socket type) or with parallel branches for 100 mm bore pipescomplete all as specified and directed.
