M&L for Fe 410-W (Gde E-250 quality A) Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats, bolts, welding, engraving in beams and making it good etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified including dismantling of old asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Modular Brick work with Fly Ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 incl demolition of old brick work or stone/ boulder masonary built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 and to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like, landings, chajjas, shelves and similar articles with plain faces including chamfered, weathering, throating etc. and set in cement mortar (1:4) slightly rounded or chamfered angles complete all as specified and directed.
