Material & labour for servicing of Gear Box & complete mechanical system with complete overhauling of electrically operated Air traffic boom barrier of make heize or existing make size ( 9m) , oiling, greasing of moveable parts, top up the gear oil if required making the barrier in serviceable condition complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i).The contractor shall be paid only once in entire contract period for servicing. (ii) No extra cost shall be paid for attending complaints and defective parts shall be paid separately as supply & fix under respective item. (iii) Top up of gear oil will be paid separately under respective item (iv) The rate quoted shall included necessary minor spares , as required at site.

Supply only ball bearing No 6305/6304 for Air traffic Boom barrier of any make and capacity ccomplete all as specified and directed. (Make – SKF/NBC/TATA)

Supply only ball bearing No 6308 for Air traffic Boom barrier of any make and capacity complete all as specified and directed. (Make – SKF/NBC/TATA)

Supply only ball bearing No 30205 for Air traffic Boom barrier of any make and capacity complete all as specified and directed. (Make – SKF/NBC/TATA)

Supply only of ball bearing No 30208 for Air traffic Boom barrier of any make and capacity complete all as specified and directed. (Make – SKF/NBC/TATA)

Supply only fan belt special groove type suitable for existing make Air traffic barrier complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting & taking out existing burnt electric motor reverse/forward of capacity 1 HP single phase for air traffic barrier from position, strip opening and winding with suitable grade of wire, oiling and greasing, reassembling the motor & testing on full load complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only limit switch suitable for Air traffic Barrier as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Oil Seal Kit suitable for Air traffic Barrier as per existing or complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for checking complete wiring of control panel of Air traffic barrier , Disconnecting and removing/taking out old unserviceable wiring from control panels and rewiring the panel with suitable new control copper wire with suitable , core and size as per exising complete all as specified and directed/. Note : (i)Repairs of control panel door/cover including welding work if required for smooth & proper functioning of door / cover are included in the item rate quoted. (ii) Replacement of old UNSV items if any in panel except wiring will be paid separately.

Supply only Helical gear 150mm dia, 30 teeth made out of copper alloy with required MS bolts, nuts and key complete suitable for Air traffic Barrier as per existing all as specified and directed. Make : Heidz or existing make.

Supply & fixing in replacement new aluminum boom of existing make suitable for Air traffic barrier all four parts complete 9 Mtr all as specified and directed Make :- Heize or as per the existing

Shifting of boom barrier from one location to another by disconnecting the boom barrior of any type/model/capacity with complete accessories and grouting with provision of RCC foundation of suitable dimensions as required including grouting of nut bolts,channels, angles as required at site and re-fixing back of barrior with all accessories, connecting of electrical connections, testing complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Required RCC foundation , excavation, and earth work transportation and misc works are deemed to be included in the item rate

Supply & fixing in replacement new aluminum boom of existing make suitable for road traffic barrier electric operated boom Barrier for 6 to 7 Mtr long complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement new aluminum boom of existing make suitable for road traffic barrier electric operated boom Barrier for 4 to 5 Mtr long complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only with new LED Flash light enclosure suitable for road traffic barrier Electric - operated Boom Barrier of existing make as per sample complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for painting of any type of barrier by scraping, cleaning and painting with approved colour and paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for servicing of siren of cap from 1 miles to 5 miles by taking down from height of approx 6 Mtr, dismantling, opening checking of all parts thoroughly oiling greasing etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- New Items replaced will be paid separately under respective item.

Supply only carbon bush (60:40) copper and carbon suitable for siren upto 1 Miles.

Supply & fixing in replacement DOL stator of 5 HP capacity for siren complete all as specified and directed

Supply & fixing in replacement DOL stator of 7.5 HP capacity for siren all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair of XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 25 sq. mm 4 core cable complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for strip opening of 1 HP capacity, single Phase, 220/250 Volt AC supply, 2800 RPM motor of siren for rewinding, removing burnt windings and rewinding the motor with suitable super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge including winding material, varnishing and drying, reassembling the siren motor & testing complete all as specified and directed.

All as per above item No.28, but 5 to 7.5 HP three phase

M & L for servicing of motorised electric system of rolling shutter at the height of 6 metre, opening, oiling, greasing and cleaning the bearing & moveable parts of motorised system of shutters and reassembling the motorised system and testing for proper functioning all as specified & directed.

Material & labour for servicing of complete mechanical system of gear box & connected items for Hanger door of any make and any size, oiling, greasing of moveable parts, top up the gear oil and making the hanger door in serviceable condition complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) UNSV parts shall be paid separately as supply only respective item. M&L for complete servicing of control panel of Hanger door suitable for 5/7.5 HP electric motor, Disconnecting and removing/taking out old unserviceable wiring from control panels and rewiring the complete panel wiring with suitable copper wire , core and size as existing complete all as specified and directed. Note :(i) Repairs of control panel door/cover including minor welding work if required for smooth & proper functioning of door / cover are included in the item rate quoted. (ii) Old UNSV items taking down and refixing are inclusive under quoted rate. (iii) New replaced items for panel will be paid separately as supply only.

M&L for Reconditioning of high resistance earthing by watering in the earth pit through watering pipe mixed with common salt minimum 10 Kg for each earthing pit to improve the resistance and filled/dropped in earthing through de-watering pipe as per site condition, de-watering pipe to be clean by means of appropriate size rod/steel wire all as directed. Note:- The water for this purpose shall be supplied by the deptt at the nearest available source but contractor shall make his own arrangement for drawing water from approved source

Material and labour in repair for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 6mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meter below ground level) connected to GI strip 32mm x 6mm main earthing lead by means of galvanized bolts, nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate no 3 of MES Schedule Part-I, earth lead connected to earth test point & to main switch board etc with & including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt alround earth plate, PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for earth pit with pre cast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 40mm thick cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars both way with 12mm dia round bar handle, GI medium grade watering pipe 20 mm dia with funnel and wire mesh,etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The cost of earth lead upto and including 7.5 metre only from the top of earth electrode are deemed to be included under this item and additional earth lead, if any required shall be measured and paid for seprately under appropriate item of Sch A.

Material & labour for earth pit cover, pre cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, as per existing size cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 3 Nos both way with 12mm dia MS round bar handle with and including necessary form work complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repair GI funnel with wire mesh for watering the earth pit as per existing shape and size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete servicing of control panel and connected wire and cables of Special type Hanger door New TACDE Hanger door suitable for 2 to 3 HP electric motor, Disconnecting and removing/taking out old unserviceable wiring from control panels and rewiring the complete panel wiring with suitable copper wire , core and size as existing complete all as specified and directed. Note :1. Repairs of control panel door/cover including minor welding work if required for smooth & proper functioning of door / cover are included in the item rate quoted. 2.
