Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan for shafts, cesspits, manholes pier holes, foundation etc. and getting out in soft/loose soil including removal of the soil out side the MOD land complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel Stairs (framed) Fe-410 -W(Gde E-250) quality-B including stringers, treads, landing, balusters, hand rails etc. including cleats, brackets, etc. ( angles / tubular section including welding and all required accessories) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer, nut & bolt and all required accessories complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Plates chequered (Fe-410 -W(Gde E-250) quality-B) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with riveted, bolted or welded attachment including all required accessories complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint on new steel and iron surfaces over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surfaces over 10 cm width of girth complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls, raking out joints locking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs, 4 mm thick aluminium composite panel (ACP) of approved quality and colour with minimum 0.025 mm thick aluminium foil and joints filled with silicon gel over necessary steel frame as in cladding to cover the steel columns and beams complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Necessary steel supporting frame work for cladding shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items)

M&L for 15 mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) mixed with synthetic concrete fiber @ 125 gram of 50 kg cement and chicken mess on fair face of brick walls finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified.(Recron fiber and chicken mess shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only synthetic concrete fiber

S&F chicken mess of gauge 0.3 to 0.4 mm dia fixed with nails of size 40 mm long complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old surfaces, of steel and iron work of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of Exterior Emulsion paint over and including one coat of primer and one coat of exterior wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from old surfaces of wall by mechanical grinder and applying two coats of Exterior Emulsion paint over and including one coat of primer and one coat of exterior wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel framed work tubular or any other section such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and / or riveted or forged in spikes and similar works conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 for portion framed and hung as gates including pintle hinges , stop , hand -made sliding bolts , etc. for ornamental and intricate design including structural steel is painted one shop coat of zinc chromate primer paint (including preparation of surface) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing sheet and fixing new sheet in same position 10 mm thick polycarbonate sheet as in roof covering to cover the connecting passage steel structure , both side UV coated for 50 micron thick , Weight of polycarbonate sheet not less than 1.75 kg. per Sqm, colour as approved and fixed with self taping screws as required at site and sealing the joints with liquid sealant complete all as directed and specified.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as directed and specified.

M&L for cleaning the road surface of dirt, seals oil, grease and foreign materials etc. and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (Rectro reflective) of white colour or yellow using hot thermoplastic material by fully /semi automatic thermo plastic paints applicator machine fitted with profile shoe glass beads dispenser propane tank heater and profiles shoe heater complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete pre cast factory made kerb stone matching with existing kerb stone shape and size set in Cement Mortar 1:4 including demolition of existing kerb stone etc. complete all as specified and directed .

S & F road studs (Cat eyes) of size 100 x 100 x 20 mm made of polycarbonate with electronically welded prismatic retro- reflective lens panel of approved colour in both side for maximum retro-reflection in wet and dry condition, non-breakable, dust proof type fixed with epoxy chemical nails, screws and clamps complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Solar cat eyes road Studs red / yellow in size 125 x 125 x 25 mm weight not lower than 350 g and working temperature 20°C to 80°C fixed on road and fixing processes as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Parking safety accessories - Corner Guards made of high impact resistance polymers of L shape length 1000 mm, width 100 x 100 mm, thickness 10-11 mm, reflective tape 5 x 4'' / round shape length 1000 mm, width 75 x 75 mm, thickness 25 mm (Centre) mm, reflective tape 6 x 2.5'' complete all as specified and directed .

S&F yellow and black plastic speed breaker made up of ABS materials, of highly residence to severe impact and harsh weather condition and highly reflective reflector clearly visible in night hours moulded in EMMA material welded with ABS base plate through ultrasonic welding processes of size 500 x 400 x 75 mm (500mm along the road) including all necessary fixing arrangements complete all as specified and directed . Note:- Length measured across the road shall be considered for payment

M&L for applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint including preparation of exposed surface of kerbs stone complete all as specified and directed .

S & F delineator post plastic bollard height 1200 mm, weight 6.5 kg, base Hexagonal rubber, made out of round MS pipe3" dia 3' long with seven bands of reflective tape HIP grade. Three red (2"x6") and two white (5"x6") with two coat of synthetic enamel paints over one coat of steel primer complete all as specified and directed at site.

S & F road safety Convex mirror of polycarbonate reflective mirror ABS, plastic body of size 100 cm in round shape including 2.9 m (2.45 m above & 0.45 m below ground level) long SS post, 75mm dia 1mm thick (SS304) including all required accessories and PCC 1:3:6 foundation block 30cm x 30cm x 60cm complete all as specified and directed.

Notes: - 1. The work described in item No. 4.00 to 18.00 shall be executed in bldgs. up to (G+3 floor) hence the contractor shall make scaffolding arrangements, trestles, ladders etc. and hessian clothes for protection & all other safety precautions up to 04 storeys of buildings and the cost for the same is deemed to be included in the quoted unit rates. 2. Cost of removal of old/ waste/ unwanted material of any description or any type etc. to a distance of 5 km or beyond out side MOD Land is included in the quoted unit rates.
