Servo Voltage Stabilizer: Disconnecting the incoming and outgoing cable terminals from the voltage stabilizer dragging it manually from the pump station by engaging manual labour up to the road side, loading in a private vehicle and carrying up to the workshop, removing the top cover of the voltage stabilizer and disassembling all parts of the Servo Stabilizer for conducting the necessary inspection and repairs. Shifting back the voltage stabilizer after conducting necessary inspection / repairs at workshop in a private vehicle to the site unloading and dragging manually the stabilizer in the pump station connecting the incoming and outgoing terminals and testing the voltage stabilizer on working load conditions. Job includes heat treatment to the assembly before shifting to site.
For 7.5 KVA Servo voltage stabilizer
Providing & Rewinding of copper coil /strip of adequate section and specifications, vacuum impregnated and oven dried. Rate to be quoted per kg of copper.
Replacement/Providing /fitting of damaged relays of proper capacity, as per sample of relay.
Deduction on account of old copper scrap which shall be property of firm. Rate quoted shall be for one kg
