Construction of fallen portion of compound wall in the Telephone Exchange compound at Geesukonda in Warangal OA

Amount

1). Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

2)Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

a) 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

3) Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor, etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing :

a) 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

4( Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :

a) Small lintels not exceeding 1.5 m clear span, moulding as in cornices, window sills, string courses, bands, copings, bed plates, anchor blocks and the like

5) Smooth finishing of the exposed surface of R.C.C. work with 6 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 fine sand).

6( Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 3.5 in foundation and plinth in:

a) Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

7) Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 3.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in :

a) Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

8) Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) upto plinth level with :

a) Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

9) Random rubble masonry with recovered hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) upto plinth level. Recovered stones should be used for this work :

a) Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

10) Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

11) 12 mm cement plaster of mix :

a) 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

12) 15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix :

a) 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

13)Pointing on stone work with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) :

a) Flush/ Ruled pointing

14) Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :

a)New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm)

15) Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :

a) Two or more coats on new work.

16) Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge..

a) In cement mortar

17 )Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge :

a) In cement mortar

18) Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

19). Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
