SCHEDULE "A" :

Item No 01:- Earth work in excavation in all kind of soil by mechanical means(Hydraulic excavator)/ in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 2 :- Surface excavation not exc 30 cm deep and avereaging 15 cm deep in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 3 :- Rolling and consolidating formation surface of road in cutting with 8-10 tonne power roller including watering and filling in depression which occur during rolling complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 04 : M &L Soling (or sub base) spread thickness 150mm with broken boulders or quarried stone, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled & consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 05 : M&L for 225 mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM in three equal layers of 75mm thick (compacted thickness), with coarse aggregates (granite/basalt/black trap) of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 06 : M&L for Preparing surfaces of unsurfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. , applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 kg per 10 sq metre using (VG-10) paving bitumen and laying Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight by total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete using VG-30 bitumen with cement as filler material, rolled to required camber & gradient with 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed. (Mix shall be from hot mix plant and laying shall be done with mechanical paver)

Item No 07 : M&L for Preparing old surfaces of bituminous layer by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 kg per 10 sq metre using (VG-10) paving bitumen complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 08 - M&L for Premix bituminous, macadam (consolidated thickness 50mm) with 4% of binder content paving bitumen of grade VG-30 by weight of total mix laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed. (Note- 1. Mix shall be from hot mix plant and laying shall be done with mechanical paver. 2. Cost of testing charges, materials and transpotation etc for job mix formula shall deem to be included in quoted rate)

Item No 09 : - M&L for Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight by total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete using VG-30 bitumen with cement as filler material, rolled to required gradient & camber with 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed. (Note: 1. Mix shall be from hot mix plant. 2. Laying shall be done by means of self-propelled mechanical paver, fitted with electronic sensor & hydraulic control with suitable speed and capable of laying, spreading, tamping & finishing) 3. Temperature of mix during laying shall be as per IS provision. Any deviation in temperature of mix shall attract rejection of load and no claim of whatsoever account shall be entertained by Deptt.

Item No 10 : Material and Labour marking lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc. exc. 10cm wide on bituminous/concrete pavement / parth surface with retro reflective thermoplastic road marking paint with reflector sing glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area confirming to MOST specifications, not less then 2mm thick of white/golden/ yellow as approved colour / shade and applied with machine, as per manufacturer's instructions including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed. (Make: - Shalimark of STP Ltd or M/S Kataline Infra Products Pvt Ltd or equivalent as approved by GE) Note:- The rate included for provision of red signals to keep off traffic from wet paint cleaning road surfaces and working during odd hours when traffic is light.

Item No. 11 - S & F Sand Stone kerb of roughly squared stones of size 300mm x 150mm and not less than 450 mm lenght dressed so that the maximum depression from a straight edge held against the dressed surface shall not exceed 6mm for top and exposed surfaces of sides and 20mm for the rest of surfaces jointed in cement mortar1:6 and struck flushincluding necessary excavation & earth work complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 12 - Removing excavated soils exc 250 m and n exc. 1.5 km and depositing where directed at a level n. Exc 1.5m above the starting point etc complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 13 :- Material and labour for 150mm spread thickness (two layers 75 mm thick each) moorum / red Bajri filling in floor or pavings, laid in layers not exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled, watering and rammed complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 14 :- M&L for Birla 3M cat eye (road stud) made of polycarbonate mouldded body with electronically welded prismaric retrolange on both sides for maximum retro reflection in wet and dry condition to be fixed with 3M bituminos adhesive BT-69 complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 15 : M&L for metallic crash barrier with single W Beam and post in bended inconcrete at interval of 2 mtr as per para 109.6.3 of IRC 05 complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 16 : M&L for moorum / Red Bajari filling in floor or pavings, laid in layers n. Exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled, watering and rammed complete all as specified and directed.
