Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed

Excavation in post holes in any type of soil n. exc 0.50 cum each, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n. exc 25 cm including removing of surplus spoil to a distance n exc 50 mtr and making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying PCC 1:4:8 Type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation filling and mass concrete, including preparation of bed, proportioning, mixing, laying, compacting, finishing and curing, including all materials, labour, tools, plant and incidental operations, complete in all respects as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for providing and laying reinforced cement concrete (RCC) of Grade M-30, design mix, in foundations including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns, basement slabs, under-reamed piles, mass concrete and similar works, including mixing, transporting, placing, compacting by mechanical vibration and curing, complete in all respects as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The design mix for M-30 grade concrete shall be submitted by the Contractor and shall be subject to approval by the Accepting Officer before commencement of the work.

Material and labour for providing and laying reinforced cement concrete (RCC) of Grade M-30, design mix, in columns, pillars, piers, posts, struts and similar vertical structural members, including mixing, transporting, placing, compacting by mechanical vibration and curing, complete in all respects as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The design mix for M-30 grade concrete shall be submitted by the Contractor and shall be subject to approval by the Accepting Officer before commencement of the work.

Material and labour for providing and laying reinforced cement concrete (RCC) of Grade M-30, design mix, in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels exceeding 1.5 m span and similar structural members, including mixing, transporting, placing, compacting by mechanical vibration and curing, complete in all respects as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The design mix for M-30 grade concrete shall be submitted by the Contractor and shall be subject to approval by the Accepting Officer before commencement of the work.

Material and labour for providing, erecting, using and dismantling formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, rafts and raft beams, including sides and soffits, where required, of foundation and plinth beams and similar works, whether vertical or battered, properly supported, aligned and levelled to receive fair-faced concrete finish, complete in all respects as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for providing, erecting, using and dismantling formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns, stanchions and similar vertical structural members, including all necessary supports, ties, clamps, props and accessories, properly aligned and levelled to receive fair-faced concrete finish, complete in all respects as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for providing, erecting, using and dismantling formwork to the sides and soffits of beams, including all necessary supports, props, ties, clamps and accessories, properly aligned, levelled and securely fixed to receive fair-faced concrete finish, complete in all respects as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for providing and fixing Mild Steel TMT bars Fe-500/Fe-550D, 10mm dia and above, cut to required lengths, bent to shape, including cranking, bending, spirally bending for hooping of columns, forming hooks at ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia, including making of rungs, handles, etc., complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: Weight of binding wire shall not be considered for measurement and payment purpose.)
