False ceiling work : Labour charge only

Lobour charges only for cutting , fabricating and installing the Calcium silicate grid type false ceiling with required material, The scope of work includes cutting and fabrication existing available Wall angle and 'T' for frame work and fixing the same in line and level as per drawing, design. Main ‘ T ’ runners to be suspended from ceiling using G.I. slotted cleats of size 25x35x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fastener's with 4 mm dia G.I. rods with galvanised steel adjustable clips at 1200 mm centre to centre. Fixing calcium silicate false ceiling tiles of approved texture of size 595 x 595 mm in true horizontal level, including cutting/ making opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc., wherever required.Including filling gaps in wall with available material. Agency should work considering Minimal wastage of material etc complete all as per specification and Instruction by Engineer In Charge. ( mode of measurement is in Sqm only no aditional payment will be made for any type of cutouts and offset etc ) The work shall be execute above plinth up to 6th floor of building.

Note : All the required material for false ceiling will be supplied by Department, other matarial like Tools, Machinery, Scaffolding material etc. will be in the scope of contractor

Aluminium partition work : Labour charges only

Labour charges only for cutting , fabricating and Fixing of aluminium Powder coated partition with door Shutter of required height. Making partly glazed and partly panneled or fully glazed or fully panneled using available aluminium sections with cleat angle including cutting and fixing required size of glass and 12mm thick Nova pan or Ancholam both side pre-laminatd board and fixing with aluminium slopping beeding and glass will be fixed with neoprine gasket to make ensure water tightness and no rattaling. Gaps between the walls/ ceiling / flooring and partitions should be filled with available material and covered with necessary cover of aluminium angle or flat patti etc. including fixing all necessary door fittings such as hinges, handle, lock,door closer and door stopper. The scope including all other necessary work such as making opening in glass , making cutout in partition for electrical work etc complete as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. ( mode of measurement is in Sqm only no aditional payment will be made for any type of cutouts offset etc ) The work shall be execute above plinth up to 6th floor of building.

Note : All the required material for partition will be supplied by Department, other matarial like Tools, Machinery, Scaffolding material etc. will be in the scope of contractor

Plumbing Fittings fixing work : labour charges only

Lobour charges for fixing available plumbing fittings like C.P.Brass Bib cock/ Angle cock/stop cock/ Piller cock long body or short bodyand similar type of any fitting fixing with teflon tape and clamps etc. complete as specified and directed by Engineer In charge.

Note : plumbing fittings will be supplied by Department, other matarial like teflon tape , clamps ,Tools, Machinery, Scaffolding material etc. will be in the scope of contractor

Electrical Works Contractor's scope shall include Installation, Testing & Commissioing of all Electrical items as per CPWD guidelines and make good after installation (like - after chasing make the area in good condition, Laying of cable, etc in proper manner, all fixtures are installed in well manner with all provisions, etc), The tools required for this work are in scope of contractor, all related material required for execution of work will be in scope of contractor. After installation the complete installation test report of each services should be required from electrical license holder.
