Taking down wooden chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area exceeding 1.50 sqm but not exceeding 4.00 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down old defective chowkhats with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frame) n.exc 1.5 sq.m each and removing away from site, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L mild steel work as in bands, straps, supports or stays for rain water, ventilating pipes including bolts, if required, hooks (stay) heavy for large gates, hooks and pintle hinges, large hasp and staples, chains, hand made sliding bolts, clamps, hold fasts, wall ties, hooks for hanging fans and similar articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size coarse aggregate in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges or slab staging for water tank or filling of chowkhats complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 2nd class hardwood plain, solid, straight chowkhats and frames, wrought, framed, rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue, pinned at joints complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of 35mm thick 2nd class hard wood plain, framed, panelled shutters (any number of panels), with panels of timber flat on both sides (feather edged), or of veneered particle board medium density, wood particle board with commercial face veneers: supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 2nd class HW 35mm thick Glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. divided into squares (without sash bars ), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of me-mbers of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkats as specified in SSR Part-I section 8 Clause 8.24 (a) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of solid PVC door frames of size 50 mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm thick plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube all as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rails on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and jointed together with solvent cement, supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for powder coated (colour) aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators (thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron) with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing including handle, tower bolt, door stopper, grills etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Design/ pattern, profile sizes and other dimensions shall be of standard size and as directed.
