Supply and laying XLPE insulated armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor of size 35 sqmm 3.5 core, 1100 volt grade laid in trenches, mount on pole and platform, passing through pipes complete including connecting with MCCB/ busbar with the help of proper size thimble, glands, properly, complete as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement LED street light fitting 70 watts. made in pressures diecast housing with eppoxy dower coated dark graphite grey colour finish prismatic polycarbonate cover with individual LED lenses with IP 65 complete with all accessories and necessary fixing arrangement on pole/wall at any height including three core 0.5 sqmm copper cable from connector to fitting and removing old unserviceable item, complete all as Specified and directed.

Supply and erecting in true vertical position steel tubular swaged pole. 9 metre long complete with mild steel base plate 6mm thick of size 300mm x 300mm. B-118 finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, washers and screws, type 410 SP-31 including drilling of holes of required size and nuts for fixing of cross arms, painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer and two coats of black bituminous paint for portion embedded in concrete, painting five black and white bands at lower portion of pole each of 300 mm height at 300mm spacing including taking down of old existing broken/cracked peteel tubular pole 9 metres long, complete as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Gl bracket pipe of size 50 mm dia light grade of 1.2 mtr long bent to shape hot or cold suitable for street light fitting and making the one end of G pipe bracket suitable for fixing of street light fittings of any type and the Gf bracket pipe shall be fixed on wall/pole surfaces by providing suitable MS iron clamps 2 nos of length as required at site to the bracket pipe and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to MS clamps and fixing with necessary suitable nuts, bolts & washers and removing of old unserviceable item, complete as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement FRP looping box of size 300x200x105 mm with 3 phase & Neutral with bus bar and comprising of MCB SP 6 Amps, ISI marked, 240V complete with and including providing Gi clamps, nuts bolts oto suitable for fixing on PCC pole/ wall/steel tubular pole etc and including removing old unserviceable item, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix copper conductor cable, PVC insulated sheathed, flexible multistranded ISI marked, 1100 volts grade 3 core 1.5 sqmm and including connection and testing, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr depth for laying of cables, pipe lines, protection pipes and foundations etc and getting out in soft/ loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per above item No.9 here-in-before but depth exceeding depth 1.5 mtr and n exceeding 3 mtrs.

Returning filling in soil including spreading leveling watering and well rammimg in layer n exc 25 cm, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil not exc 50 mtr ant depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling in and speading unwashed river sand for cushioning and covering the under ground cables in trenches and punning to provide required cover complete all as specified in SSR Part-I and as directed. Note: Punned thickess i.e 18 cm shall be measured for paymeny purpose.

Supply and laying unreinforced precast factory made concrete cable cover, class LV, Type -I, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 (nominal mix) type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation filling and mass concrete for yard installation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 (nominal mix) type C1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping of poles and the like complete including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour in replacement for GI tubes, "light grade", 50 mm bore with and including all fittings laid in trenches/road crossing/floors etc for cable protection, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply, Install, testing and commissioning in replacement of factory made bus bar chamber panel of size 600mmx 300mmx350mm (CPRI approved) out door type 3.15 mm with 4 strips 200 Amps bus bar aluminium, with MCCB of 40 Amp, FP, 15 KA adjustable type duly connected to aluminium strip at incoming side with suitable space for 2 incoming cable and outgoing of 2 cable Bus bar fixed on insulators in zig-zag position, clearance in each strip and clearnace at both side should not be less than 125mm with sufficient working space, mounted MS angle 50mmx50mmx6mm, made of CRCA sheet 2mm thick outdoor type powder costed after seven tank process both side opening, shutter in two parts, cable opening form bottom side with indicators RYB, hinges through out the length of shutter with half turn locking arrangement. Including grounting in PCC, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, earth plate surrounded by and packed with a 15 cm thick layer of char coal dust and common salt, earth lead Gl wire 4.00 mm dia by means of bolts, Nuts Check Nuts and washers of galvanized iron and thimbles and other end of the earth wire connected to main switch board and protected by galvanized iron pipe light grade 15 mm bore and water pipe 20 mm bore GI medium grade with funnel and wire mesh PCC chamber in cement concrete 1.3.6 type C-1 & 40 mm thick RCC cover all as specified & shown in elect plate No. 3 of SSR part 1 of 2009.

Supply Installation testing and commissioning of totally enclosed LT electric panel outdoor type (IP-65) fabicrated out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet dust and vermin proof powder coated double door type independent cabin including locking arrangement for each MCCBs bus bar chamber enclosed complete suitable for operating on 415 volt 50 Hz AC supply internally wired with copper conductor/strip of adequate size from main incoming MCCB to bus bar and bus bar to outgoing MCCB/MCBs having leg 45cm made out of 50x50x6mim angle iron grouted on brick masonary platform upto 30 Cm. Brick masonary platform should be 30Cm above the ground level, comprising the following : (a ) MCCB 63 Amp FP. 36 KA,416 volls, 50Hz-01 No (b) MCB 40 Amp. FP. 10KA, 415 volts 50Hz-3 Nos (c ) Digital voltmeter with VSS-01 set Digital Ammeter.with CTs & ASS-01 set (d ) LED phase indication lamps RYB-01 set (e) Aluminium bus bar TPN 200 Amps rating-01 set (f) Change over 200 Amps (g) Time switches 250 V single Phase of 20 Amp rating with contactor.

Dismantling of ACSR Conductor from existing LT pole including cross arms, insulators, etc of any type and size complete all as specified and directed.
