Earth Work in excavation by mannual means in trenches for foundation,drains,pipes,cables etc.(not exceeding 1.50mtr in width) and for shafts,wells cespits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan,depth upto 1.50 mtr including disposal of excavated earth upto 1 mtr from cutting edge,disposed earth is to be levelled and neatly dressed in. All kind of soil.

Extra for every additional lift of 1.50 Mtr. Or part thereof in : All kind of soil.

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, binding and placing in position complete all complete: Mild steel

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering -all work upto plinth level: 1:4:8 (1cement :4 coarse sand :8 graded crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing : 1:1-1/2:3 (1 Cement : 1-1/2 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Strctural Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing bolts above 300 mm in length including nuts and washers complete.

Painting with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade two or more coats on new steel work

Supplying, laying/ fixing, testing and commissioning of following nominal sizes of exhaust pipe of DG along steel structure duly insulated with 80 kg/cum density resin bonded fiber glass or 144 Kg / cum density mineral wool insulation (non combustible) pipe section insulation covered with a layer of 120 gm/sqm polythene sheet (vapour barrier) and finally applying 0.63mm aluminium sheet cladding complete with type3 , grade 1 roofing feltstrip (as per IS:1322 as amended up to date ) at joints as per specifications and as required. Note: The pipes shall be welded black steel pipe heavy class as per IS:3589 from minimum 6.35 mm thick M.S.Sheet. 200 mm dia. (75 mm thick insulation)
