Carryout the Renovation works in TNCSC Godown campus at Thirukazhukundram Taluk, in Chengalpattu District. Paving the floor with fine polised cuddapah stone slab of following thickness over (Cement Mortar 1:3 (One cement and three Msand)20 mm thick over the existing bed of cement concrete 1:5:10, (One cement, Five sand and Ten aggregate) and pointing the joints to full depth of slabs with same mortor mixed with block oxide and the top surface rendered smooth, curing etc., The cuddapah stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineering concerned before use on work etc., complete complying with standard specification.

PLASTERING with cement mortor 1:5 (one cement and Mfive sand) 12mm thick including cost of scaffolding, finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Providing vacuum de watered controlled cement concrete surfacing 100 mm thick in required slope and chamber conforming M20 grade with 20mm size stone aggregate castinsitu, smooth finish and leveling with double framed screed vibrator, excess water to be removed through vacuum pump with bottom and top filter mat duly sealing the edges allround including provisions of polythene sheet below with concrete layer before placing of concrete and finishing with power floated and power trawler to obtain the hard surface including provision of expansion joints at 6mtr. Intervals across the platform by cutting 6mm wide and full depth of concrete by coctractos own mechanical means and filling the gap with polysulphide sealant and adding admixture recron 3S for crackfree construction at the rate of 125 gms pack per 50 kgs of cement with all lead, life and other incidental works etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer i/c (all labourm materials. Tools and plants etc., including cement by the contractor only)

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position MS/RTS grills for reinforcement for all R.C.C. works including cost of steel, and G.I. binding, wire in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel )

Painting two costs over plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of pairs putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Special Repairs to the Damaged Compound Wall in TNCSC Godown campus at Thimmavaram Village in Chengalpattu Taluk and District. EARTH WORK excavation for foundation(for narrow excavation) in all classes of soils and sub soils to full depth, as may be directed except in hard rock, requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with an initial lead of 10 mts and initial life of 2 mts and clearing and leveling the site, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

CEMENT CONCRETE 1:5:10(one cement, five Msand and ten aggregate)using 40mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including de-watering, side shuttering , strutting, wherever necessary including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Reinforcement Cement Concrete 1:1 ½ :3 ( one cement, one and a half Msand and three hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm of hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibratos, finishing curing, etc., and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, beams etc., shall be finished smooth with Cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) and kraft paper laid over it without claming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental – Foundation and Basement, .

In Ground floor

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position MS/RTS Tor Steel grills for all R.C.C. works as per design given including cost of steel, and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc., complete complyingwithstandard specification.(Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire).

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and sofits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracing using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc., complete complying with the standard specification. (payment for centering shall be given after the – For plane surfaces such as RCC floor slab, roof slab, beams lintels, bed blocks, lading slab, waise.

Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and five Msand) using best quality II class table moulded chamber burnt bricks of sie 9”x4-3/8”x 2-3/4”for foundation and basement including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and fixing in position 100mm x 50mm x 9.4 kg channel for the face of RAT GUARD LEDGING SLAB with MS bolts 16mm dis 45cm long at 2m centres forming protection to the loading platform finishing in flush with the slab with C.M.1:3 (one cement and three sand) etc., complete including painting the exposed surface of MS channel with two coats of ANTI-CORROSIVE COLOUR PAINT over one coat red oxide primer etc., complete. The required quantities of MS channel will be supplied departmently and cost recovered at issue date.)

Brick work in Cement mortar 1:5 using best quality II class table moulded chamber burnt bricks of size 9”x 4-3/8”x 2-3/4”for foundation and basement including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification. In Foundation basement

PLASTERING with cement mortor 1:3 (one cement and three Msand) 12mm thick including cost of scaffolding, finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Special ceiling plastering in cement mortar 1:3 mix (One cement, three sand ) 10mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc., complete complying with standard specification.

PLASTERING with cement mortor 1:5 (one cement and five Msand) 12mm thick including cost of scaffolding, finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Weathering course in brick jelly lime concrete using broken brick jelly sof size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be used) to the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12:5 by volume and laid over the RCC roof slab in a single layer of required slope and finished by beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern, keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jiggery water, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 230mm x 230mm x 20mm of approval quality set in cement mortar 1:3 ( one cement and three Msand) 12mm thick mixed with wter proofing compound conformng to ISS at 2% by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying fabricating and fixing in position of Mild steel door with double shutters using M.S. angle of size 40 x 40 x 6mm for outer frames and 35 x 35 x 5mm for shutters frames, with bottom 1/3rd M.S.sheet of 18 gauges with M.S.flat of size 32 x 6 mm for internal stiffiners and top 2/3rd grilled including one number of aldrop, two numbers of tower bolts, holdfasts, hinges, handles etc., including providing one coat of red oxide primer. The rates shall inclusive of cost of all materials labour charges for fixing the door in position by dismantling the masonry, concrete etc., and redoing the same to the original condition duly packed with concret etc., complete.

(The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works).

Painting old iron work with two coats of approved quality and colour of Synthetics enamel paint over the existing red oxide primer in all floor etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Paving the floor with best approved quality and color of ceramic tiles of size 305x305x6mm over a base layer of C.M.1:3, (one cement and three Msand) 20mm thick in all floors used 0.20 kg/m2 including finishing ;the joints and pointing flush with even surfaces etc,.as directed complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works).

Dadooing walls with following best approved quality, colour glazed tiles of following sizes set in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One cement and two Msand) 10mm thick and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.40Kg/sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing etc., complying with standard specification and as diredted by the departmental officers. 150x150x6mm.

Supplying and fixing fine polished cuddapah slab of following thickness for cup-board arrangements including laying to correct alignment with necessary cement mortar and black powder etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental.

Supplying and fixing in position Indian Water Closet (Oriya type) of size 580 x 440mm white glazed earthern ware of approved quality and brand with "P" or "S" trap conforming to BIS with sand cushion and forming flooring alround the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 (One lime, Two sand and Five brick jelly) 100mm thick and finishing the top to the required slope and including giving necessary connection to PVC pipes (including the cost of 110mm dia CI pipe for a length of 600mm) by dismantling brick masonry wall / reinforced cement concrete roof / floor slab and making good the dismantled portion to the original condition with leakages etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. (The PVC pipes should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works).
