Complete removal of existing roof treatment incl preparation of old roof surface for roof treatment complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge Note: All debris obtained from taking down shall be removed 1.5 km to 2 km complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition cement concrete (un reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed. Note: All debris obtained from demolition shall be removed 1.5km to 2km complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 (B-0) using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate using WPC @3% by weight of cement as in roof top finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement for laying roof treatment complete all as specified and as directed Note;- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately

M&L of water proofing treatment to non accessible roof slab with APP based modified polymeric membrane centre core 100mm micron HMHDPE outer film 20 micron each having thickness 3mm, weight not less than 3Kg/Sqm as per manufacturers instruction with torch application complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge with following course of description below: (a) First coat apply bituminous primer confirming to IS-3384of 1965 @ 0.4Kg/Sqm to be applied on prepared roof surface till the surface is properly impregnated .(b) Second course of laying of APP based modified polymeric with 100mm overlap in longitudinal direction 150mm in transverse direction sealed and bounded to the surface by torch application method. All joints and changes in all direction should be covered with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with SBR latex @ 200ml per bag of cement and cured well before laying the membrane (c) Third course of apply a coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm over APP membrane Note:- (i)Work of water proofing treatment shall be carried out by the authorised applicator of the manufacturer. (ii) The quoted rates is deemed to include for the cost of scaffolding, T&P etc required for execution of the work.

The operation shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaned loosed particles with wire brushes, filled the crack upto 3mm with fibre glass reinforced crack filling compound 10, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge Note: The work of water proofing treatment shall be got executed through manufacturer or authorised applicator of the manufacturer .

M&L for cement concrete tiles 250mmX250mmX25mm / 300mmX300mmX25mm thick laid over 15mm cement screed bed in CM1:4 set and jointed with grey cement and no pigment and pointed in near cement slurry as in accessible roof surfaces
