Servicing maintenance of main LT control panel and other electrical equipments at LIS Lethpora III

Complete servicing/maintenance of main LT control panel comprising of 2000 Amp incoming ACB and 800 Amp ACBs fitted on outgoing circuits, by way of, removing of accumulated carbon from the contact surfaces of the points by applying thinner of standard quality. Adjustment of contact points in order to avoid/prevent any kind of flashing. Adjustment of all the protection devices, removing of dirt, dust and any other greasy substance with the help of highly volatile thinner and blowing of compressed air inside the panel compartment. The job also includes testing of the same on full load after conducting the above-mentioned jobs

a) 2000 Amp Incoming ACB

b) 800 Amp outgoing ACB

Complete servicing/maintenance of 275HP auto transformer starters from unit no. 1 to unit no. 5. The job comprises of dismantling of star and delta contactor assemblies, dismantling of kit sets, removing of accumulated carbon from the contact surfaces of point sets (fixed and movable) by applying thinner of standard quality. Adjustment of contact points in order to avoid/prevent any kind of flashing, checking of overload/under load relays, setting of magnetic timer assembly. Reassembling of the starter components and full load testing at site. The job also includes replacement of 04no.s 300 sq-mm damaged aluminum thimbles
