Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in - equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m - all kinds of soil

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m. including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50m - all kinds of soil.

Supplying and filling in plinth with river sand under floors, including watering ,ramming consolidating and dressing complete

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size).

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns,piers, abutments, pillars, posts,struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping,bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc. upto floor five level, excluding the cost of centering ,shuttering and finishing - 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting , propping etc and removal of form for - Columns , Pillars , Piers , Abutments , Posts and Struts

Supplying and fixing of steel grill work of m.s. angles,flats,squares and pipes including cost of welding charges, fixing in position in masonry walls with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 course sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5mm nnominal size) including one coat of priming coat etc. complete.

Providing and fixing of 65mm Godrej Navatal lock of 6 levers etc complete

Providing and erecting precast R.C.C. compound wall of 5cm thick cast in with RCC 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 sand : 4 graded stone aggregate of 10mm and down size) with required reinforcement with TMT bars. The vertical precast - RCC 1:2:4 post of size 0.12x0.12x2.10m reinforced with 4 nos. of 8mm dia TMT bars longitudinal and ties with 6mm dis TMT bars @ 15cm c/c of internal of 1.85m with a foundation concrete of 1:3:6 mix of size 0.30x0.30x0.30m over a levelling course concrete of PCC 1:5:10, 10cm thick. The precast panel wall of size 1.90x0.30x0.05m made up of RCC 1:2:4 reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 12.50 C/C for main rods and 6mm dia TMT bars @ 15cm c/c for distributor is to be provided for a required height. The joints between RCC post and panel wall is to be pointed with cement mortar 1:3. The rate to include all the materials and labours charges etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade - New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg / 10 sqm)

Painting steel work with deluxe multi surface paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr / 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr / 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture
