Taking out carefully submersible pump set upto 45 to 65 HP from tube well (for repair of pump/ motor/replacement of column pipe/submersible cable etc) complete with submersible motor, column pipes of any nos and size, submersible cable ,any size and length from tube well at approx depth 120 mtr , without damaging pump motor , submersible cable and column pipe. Stacking of column pipe and submersible cable properly . Transporting of pump set to workshop for repair and lowering of serviceable pump set with column pipes and cable upto required depth after repair . Connecting electrically and with delivery line etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :-1. Cost of T&P (Small or special) required for taking out pump set is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. Any damage to pump set, submersible cable, tube well housing shall be make good by the contractor without any extra cost. 2. Unserviceable submersible pump set shall be taken out from the bore well on the same day of receipt of complaint from department and serviceable pump set held with department shall be lowered on the same day to ensure the minimum breakdown period for water supply. If contractor not attending the breakdown after receipt of complaint on telephone shall be charged Rs 10000/- from his RAR after clearly mentioning date and location of breakdown not attended by contractor. If contractor not attend complaint then break down shall be got rectified/attended directly from the market by the department at the risk and cost of the contractor.

Material labour & T&P for transporting submersible pump set to workshop for repair/overhauling complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for strip opening of submersible bowel assay any stages and any number of impellers complete, taking out unserviceable parts, cleaning of complete parts, and carrying out necessary machining work such as grinding and metaling of shaft, and replacement of unserviceable parts and assembling the pump set and testing complete all as specified and directed . Note _ spare parts required shall be measured and paid separately under item No. 6.01 to 6.09

Material and labour for strip opening of submersible motor of capacity 65 HP 3 phase 415 volts 50 HZ and taking out burnt out winding, cleaning of motor rotor and stator with cleaning material. Machining work complete including remeteling of rotor shaft etc, rewinding of motor with super enameled PVC insulated copper wire of existing gauge, replacement of unserviceable parts as required, assembling of motor and testing complete to the satisfaction of Engineer-in –Charge complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Spare required shall be measured and paid separately under item No. 7.01 to 7.05.

Note : Safety of pump , motor and column pipes, tube well and, submersible cable while lowering of submersible pump in the tube well is the responsibility of the contractor , Any damage to pump motor, column pipe, submersible cable and bore well shall be recovered from the contractor as per prevailing market rates.

M & L for opening and servicing of monoblock pump of capacity 12.5 HP to 15 HP after dismantling from existing platform by disconnecting electric and water connection of pump set , decoupling pump & motor and transportation to work shop and opening the body of motor, oiling greasing of motor & pump set ,replacement of bearing, replacement of mechanical seals of pumps, overhauling of pump with proper alignment of pump including all necessary nut, bolts ,welding works and rubber coupling if required for setting of pump & motor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for strip opening of induction motor 15 HP 3 phase 415 volts 50 HZ and taking out burnt out windings, cleaning of motor rotor and stator with cleaning material, machining work complete including remetaling of rotor shaft etc, replacement of bearing and bush and rewinding of motor with super enameled insulated copper wire of existing gauge, replacement of unserviceable parts as required. assembling of motor and testing complete to the satisfaction of Engineer-in –Charge as directed.

Material and labour for taking out unserviceable fan motor from water cooling tower carefully of cap 5 HP 3 phase 415 volts 50 HZ , 720 RPM, transporting to workshop and strip opening of induction motor and taking out burnt out windings, Cleaning of motor rotor and stator with cleaning material, machining work complete including remetaling of rotor shaft etc. replacement of bearing and bush and rewinding of motor with stove enameled insulated copper wire of existing gauge, replacement of unserviceable parts as required assembling of motor repositioning of motor and testing complete to the satisfaction of Engineer-in –Charge as directed.

M&L for taking out ETH cooling tower from site and servicing of existing cooling tower , replacement of complete fins, replacement of fiber sheet complete bottom part of cooling tower ,the fiber sheet will be fixed by screwing nut bolt of suitable size ,suitable size of strip welding with help of welding machine to extra support for fiber ,cleaning of complete inside and outside portion of the cooling tower with cleaning chemical properly ,spray painting with two coat of paint inside & outside after scraping old/pill paint , electrically disconnected of electric motor overhauling and servicing of cooling tower motor, stripping out and coupling ,bearing ,taking out armature, cleaning slots ,replacement of bearing /bushes of suitable size ,painting of motor ,reassembling the complete motor into position testing on full load and welding works for cooling tower for cutting & fixing of cooling tower works required at site is the responsibility of contractor, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable submersible pump set from tube well and supply, installation and testing submersible pump set electric driven 41HP/30KW 415 volts three phase suitable for 250/200mm dia bore well and 100mm delivery with brass impellers having discharge not less than 15LPS at 145 mtr head complete with suitable capacity 3 phase submersible electric motor, complete all as specified and directed. Make:- KIRLOSKAR/CRI/Calama/KSB Note:- Old unserviceable pump set shall be deposited in MES store yard.

De-silting/ cleaning of sewage storage well of depth 10.00 Mtr and 4.85 Mtr dia including taking out sludge in the form of solid and removal the same out of defence land and buried the same in low laying area, complete all as specified and directed.
