Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and pavings n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as directed.

M& L for rubber moulded Chequered cement concrete colour tiles 30 cm x 30 cm x 25mm thick with mixture of grey cement & pigment set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors including 15mm thick screed bed in C M 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Machine pressed precast concrete rubber moulded interlocking dark coloured paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 Grade all as specified and disposing to debries etc all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation

M&L Cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2, using (20mm graded stone aggregate) 50 mm thick as in sub base complete all as directed.

S&F in repairs pre painted galvalume aluminum ZINC coating GI base corrugated steel 0.5mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 MPA as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screw with minimum 150mm end lap and one corrugation side lap including dismantling the existing sheets complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar in any description and position, complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches (soft/loose soil) n exc. 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc. and getting out all as specified.

M & L Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete as in sub base all as specified.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius with old size bricks, built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified.
