M&L for Taking down ceiling fan of any description, sealing cable ends, dismantling blades, cleaning all dust, applying grease, filling cavaties with fillet, painting with synthetic enamel paint by spraying including reassembling blades and hanging ceiling fan and connecting up including provision of cable from ceiling rose to connector of fan all as specified and as directed.

Dismantle the unserviceable rubber bush with clamping set, supply and fix rubber bush with clamping set, GI bolt, nut and split pin complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
