Dismantling of MS pipeline, Size: 250mm including shifting from site to loading point, loading, unloading, transportation and placement as per instruction of Engineer Incharge

Laying and jointing of MS pipeline, Size: 250mm including loading and unloading (within unit/ project), transportation and placement, welding of pipes and cutting and fitting of packing (if jointing by nut-bolt) which includes standard length pipes and short piece pipes

Welding of tapered joints, Size: 250mm at slope terrains/ road crossings/ locations for places where fixing of bends are not feasible, including cutting/ welding and other allied works/ places as directed by Engineer Incharge

Welding for clitting of pipeline ranges, Size: 250mm at slope terrains/ road crossings/ locations including cutting/ welding and other allied works/ places as directed by Engineer Incharge

Note: 1). The estimated cost is excluding CMPF @ 12% and CMPS @ 7%. These statutory payment as applicable shall be reimbursed to the contractor on production of proof of payment limited to the maximum likely number of workmen to be deployed per day is 08 nos. 2). Industrial gas, welding electrodes, welding machine, vehicle mounted DG Set (Rating: Minimum 7.5 KVA and should be of sufficient rating which should be suitable for pipeline welding works) with diesel, tools and tackles, safety related gears/ items etc. is in the scope of the contractor. 3). MS Pipe, Valves, Truck will be provided by the Department. 4). Quantity for item no. 1 & 2 will be considered as per unit of measurement i.e. running metre (irrespective of no. of pipes installed/ dismantled)
