Upgradation of speed of existing 8 passenger elevators (Thyssen Make) from 1.0 mps to 1.5 mps including replacement of following materials: 1. Main machine. 2 OSG Device. 3. Mechanical safety jaws. 4. Main rope 5. Controller and other material required. This shall also includes dismantling of existing items of lifts and installaing the new items as required and making the elevator in working condition again complete in all respects as required with best satisfaction of Engineer-in- charge.
Dismentalled material will be the property of the executing firm/contractor. A recovery to the tune of 2% or Rs.35840/- which ever is heigher will be made from the bill of the contractor on a/c of the value of this material.
