Cleaning of raw water tank, UG sump including repair / maintenance of filtration plant and chloronome plant at various supply installation under GE (Army) Suratgarh at Suratgarh Mil Stn

M&L for cleaning of inner surfaces of RCC over head reservoir approximate storage capacity 0.50 lakhs gallons (staging upto 20-24 mtrs) manually by trained and skilled manpower for working in over head reservoir with suitable T&P and equipments with safety measure. Draining out the contaminated muddy water from the bottom surface of OHT then clean the inside walls with the help of wire brush, inlcuding removal green fungs leaves and other dust and dirt, scraping of the surfaces, removal of surface mud/silt then clean with water and drainning out complete unwanted material obtained from cleanning as well as apply disinfictant chemical safe for human being on inner surface ot the tank including writing the words in capital letters “ TANK CPACITY, DATE OF CLEANING, NEXT DUE DATE” on outerside visible place of overhead tank with synthetic enamel white paint (white) over black background complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: (i) Contractor wiil be responsible for insurance of his workers as working at height and arrangement for approaching in the tank and safety measures. (ii) Necessary arrengement shall be made by ther contractor for smooth supply of water during cleaning or other bypass arrangement as required at site without any extra cost to the department.

Draining out the contaminated muddy water from the bottom surface of tank then clean the side walls with the help of wire brush, inlcuding removal green fungs leaves and other dust and dirt, scraping of the surfaces, removal of surface mud/silt then clean with water and drainning out complete unwanted material obtained from cleanning as well as apply disinfictant chemical safe for human being on inner surface ot the tank including writing the words in capital letters “ TANK CPACITY, DATE OF CLEANING, NEXT DUE DATE” on outerside visible place of tank with synthetic enamel white paint (white) over black background complete as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- Necessary arrengement shall be made by ther contractor for stopping of water coming inside the tank or other bypass arrangement as required at site without any extra cost to the department. M&L for cleaning of Raw water Intake tank of approx capacity upto 75,000 Gln at Old KLP pump house (Approx size of tank 29 mtr x 29 mtr, 6 mtr deep) by drain out the muddy water from bottom surfaces of the tank by using engine driven sludge pump and removing the mud any type, soft / loose soil or any residual of alum, scrap etc. manually and depositing out of MD land and cleaning inner surfaces of the tank with the help of wire brushes and uprooting any type of vegitation/ root of tree, plants etc. complete and making good to disturbed surfaces during cleaning and writing date of cleaning with synthetic enamel paint (white colour) on black background on outer surface of the tank and apply one coats of colour cement paint washing on outside surfaces of the tank and white washing on inner surfaces of the tank complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (i) Approximate depth of silt / loose soil and left over raw/muddy water 0.6 - 0.75 mtr. (ii) Any damage to the tank during cleaning shall be repaired / rectified by the contractor as per original specification of the tank without extra cost to the department. (iii) Rate includes the cost of complete dewatering and complete removing of silt / loose soil / mud any type etc. Nothing extra will be paid in this account.

All as per serial item No. 7 here-in-above but approx capacity upto 50,000 Gln at KLP pump house, Birdhwal (Approximate size of tank 15 mtrx15 mtr, 6 mtr deep)

M&L for Cleaning of clariflocculator tank / clarifier of water filteration plant at approx 15 feet depth and approx diameter upto 26 mtr by drain out the muddy water from bottom surfaces of the tank by using engine driven sludge pump and removing the residual of alum, sludge, mud any type manually and depositing out of MD land and cleaning inside & bottom surfaces of tank including one coat of cement paint washing on walls inside and outside and writing the date of cleaning with synthetic enamel paint (white) on outer surface of the tank (black background) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for greasing, oiling on moving parts of clariflocculator of water filtration plant and painting with two coat of synthetic enamel weather proof paint after preparation of old surface by removing old paint, scraping the rusted surfaces inclduing on plateform, scrapper structure, electrical panel, motor, garbox, trailing of roller etc complete as per existing colour code complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for taking out the mud any type, silt, soft soil etc from the bottom of the raw water storage tank and removed out of MD land and making good to the damaged portion of raw water storage tanks as per original specification of the tank complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Any damage to the tank shall be rectified by the contractor to the original specification of the tank without any extra cost to the department.

M&L for taking out the mud any type, residual of alum etc from the bottom of the back wash tank of water filteration plant and removed out of MD land and making good to the damaged portion of raw water storage tanks as per original specification of the tank complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Any damage to the tank shall be rectified by the contractor to the original specification of the tank without any extra cost to the department.

M&L for cleaning and desilting of raw water RCC channel rectangle shape, max width of channel 1.2 mtr and max depth 1.5 mtr at Rajcanal Pump House, from canal to raw water storage tank, by taking out any type sludge/soil/ any material accumulated at bottom, scrapping / cleaning of bottom and wall including uprooting the roots, vegitation/tree inside and outside upto 1 mtr and removing material to a distance not exc 100 mtr complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per serial item No. 13 here-in-above but RCC channel, max width 0.8 mtr and 1.0 mtr depth at ILP Pump house

Cleaning the surrounding area of raw water storage tank, intake tank, underground sump, overhead tank, area inside the perimeter of pump house building by digging out the roots, any type of desert vegitaiion etc with bushes and branches and any other unwanted vegetation, grass completely and removing the same out of MD land and including the anti vegitation solution spary (as approved by GE) with spray machine, two times over the cleaned area at the interwell of 7 days complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in replacement Cast iron non return valve / reflux valve with rubber seat flanged type with by pass arrangement suitable for 150mm bore pipe, ISI marked, class PN-1.6 conforming to IS- 5312/2004 with nuts, bolts, washers and jointing with necessary rubber gasket etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in replacement Cast Iron foot valve for 150 mm bore pipe, swing type, flanged end drilled with door face of natural rubber with reinforcement of cooton canvas as per IS-4038 complete all as specified and directed by Engrineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fixing and testing in replacement of 150mm bore cast iron sluice valve with langed ends drilled ISI marked class PN - 1.6 conforming to IS 14846-2000 with stainless steel spindle with iron wheel, CI gate with brass nut, bolts, washers and rubber packing for connecting pieces etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Srl item No 18 above but 200 mm dia bore.

S&F in repair rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank ISI Marked (cylindrical vertical double layered with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position of capacity 1000 litres including ball brass valve, high pressure with polythene float and flynut screwed for 20 mm dia GI pipe, 25mm bore GI washout pipe 15 cm long fitted with check nut, 20mm bore over flow pipe 1.50 metre long fitted with brass anti-mosquito nest coupling at the end of over flow pipe & 15mm bore GI air vent pipe 1.30 metre long fitted with tee at the end of air vent pipe (All GI pipes shall be medium grade) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. -------------------------------------------------------------------- Note :- A sum of Rs. 7240/- will be deducted on account of credit for dismantled/ demolished / taken down material.
