Preparation of new plastered surface of external walls including cornices, pillasters by brooming down or steel wire smoke, root, moulds, moss and efforescent salts and trading oil and greasy spot by using suitable chemical and removing nails, making good holes with chalk whiting, filling cracks and brooming to remove all dirt etc, applying one coat of wheather proof paint exterior grade over one coat of primer after making surface even and smooth, including any colour for chajjas and fascias directed by Engineer-in-Charge, including all scaffolding arrangement upto three storeyed building complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE NO 1: - Samples of materials as approved will be kept in GE's sample room. NOTE NO 2: - All fittings and fixtures mentioned above will be fixed to the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge and GE. NOTE NO 3: - All plumbing works shall be laid or fixed as to be completely air tight or water tight as specified and Contractor will furnish its certificates towards air / water tight before completion of work under the Contract. NOTE NO 4: - Warranty certificate to the Engineer-in-Charge where ever applicable shall be submitted by the Contractor at the time of fittings.
