M&L Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified as directed.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with liquid WPC @ 150 ml per 50 kg of cement or as per manufacturer instructions ( WPC will be measured and paid separately), finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified as directed.

M&L Rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:3 on celing, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified as directed.

M & L for Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or concrete walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc Rendering 15mm thick in two layars of 10+5 mm in CM 1:4 mixing with pidi Proof 101 LW (+) of Dr fixit @200ml/bag over two coats of super latex 302 of dr fixit or equivalent in the ratio (1:4:7),(one part super latex,4part water and 7 parts of cement ) @ 1.5 kg of homogenious mixture/ Sqm in two coats and finish the surface even and smooth with out using extra cement ) for external walls complete as per specification and directed ( Pidi proof and super latex to be measured and paid separately)

Supply only Pidi proof 101 LW(+) of Dr fixit complete all as specifie and directed.

Supply only Super latex 302 complete all as specifie and directed.

M&L for preparation of old wall surface of external walls and painting one or more coat of Ist quality of exterior emulsion exterior paint of any colour APEX ULTIMA or equivalent of approved make complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two or more coat of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gmLtr and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004,Alkali & fungal resistant dirt resistance exterior paint of requiredshed (Company Depot Tinted ) with silicon additives @ 1.43 Litre /10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer appied @ 0.90Litre /10sqm including removal of existring paint and height of building /over head tank is up to25 mtr . Note- Primer emmulsion to be carried out throught air less spray machine (Mechanical means).

M & L for Preparation of old decoreted surfaces of wall and applying one or more coats of cement base paint all as specified as directed.
