Supply, Erection & Commissioning of 150 Cs Y-body type VT axial/mixed flow pump (P3 & P6 JLN) having lift approx 29fts, 495 RPM including MS Delivery Pipe (10mm thickness), Support of syphon bend and any left over item as per site requirement, all bolts (HS). Specifications as approved by technical committee (Annexure - A). Motor stool and pump coupling should be as per existing motors (Jyoti make 750HP) at site.

Supply, Erection & Commissioning of 50 Cs Y-body type VT axial flow pump (P2 & P16 MG side) having lift approx 21fts, 730 RPM including any left over item as per site requirement, all bolts (HS). Specifications as approved by technical committee (Annexure - A). Motor stool and pump coupling should be as per existing (CG & Kirloskar 200HP) motors at site.

Providing and fixing of chemical earthing by digging suitable bore and depth pit suitable for 3.3KV incoming complete with copper electrode, copper strip for all 07no VCB panels complete in all respect as per site requirement

Providing and fixing of foundations for 50/60Cs VT pump (P15 & 16 MG side)(P1 & 2 JLN side) by making required size/length at site from ISMB of size 500x180mm - approx 4600 mm length - 2 no. One ends of ISMB - 4600mm length -2 no shall be grouted into the wall by making arrangement of PCC block of suitable size as per the weight of Pump. While other ends should be welded to existing ISMB. Including material and labour for applying primer and two coats of epoxy paint on the complete foundation and labour charges for taking out old rusted foundation.

Overhauling of MV feeder piller VCB of 3.3KV - Tosha make (01no incomer and 05no outgoings) by replacing IDMT relay, all the motor protection relays, transformers ckt 220/110, Ammeters, voltmeters, close coils, trip coils, spring charge motors, control wirings and other unforseen items/repairs required for its proper functioning/operation complete in all respect as per site requirement. All the components as per approved specification of deptt. (as per Annexure-C)

Supply, erection and commissioning of induction motor of 60HP LT suitable for 15Cs VT axial flow pump, 45KW, 960RPM, 415V, 3 phase, 50 Hz, bearings (SKF/FAG) as per site requirements. Motor frame/flange should be as per the existing pumps. Specifications as approved by technical committee (Annexure - B).

Supplying and laying of 300 sqmm - 3.5 core, 415V, LT, Aluminium Conductor, XLPE insulated, Armored cable as per latest IS specifications with thimbles/clamps/terminals (all accessories) from UHBVN Sub Station to MCC panel Amboli pump house.

Supplying and fixing of 25 sqmm - 3 core, 415V, LT, Copper, XLPE insulated, Armored cable as per latest IS specifications with thimbles/clamps/terminals (all accessories) from motors to MCC panel Amboli pump house.

Providing and fixing of Lightening Arrester with protection radius of 100mtr along with earthing arrangement as per proper specification for pump house building and as per the site requirement.

Make of Pumps- Kirloskar, Wilo, Flowmore, WPIL & Xylem. Make of Motors - LV Motor- Marathon, ABB, Kirloskar Electric, Siemans, Crompton, Jyoti, BCH, Bharat Bijli. Make of Panels - LV Panel- Siemans, ABB, L&T, Schneider, G.E. C&S, Havells, BCH, Legrand, AE & PSG(upto 30HP). Terms & Conditions:- 1. The tender rate will be inclusive all taxes as applicable including GST. 2. The tender rate will be for F.O.R. destination and inclusive of all incidental charges, enroute & at destination. Nothing extra shall be paid separately. 3. WWC@1% will be deducted from the each bill of the agency. 4. Department will not be responsible for non submission of BOQ / Bid Document online by due date, due to any fault of internet/ E-tendering. 5. Third Party Testing by T.P.I.A. will be carried out in the presence of departmental representative at the manufacturer premises and cost of the same will be borne by the successful agency. 6. The warranty of the work shall be as per Service Level agreement from the date of commissioning. 7. Time period for completion of work 8 Months from the issue date of order to proceed with the work. 8. Payment schedule, as per bidding documents & 70% payment be made as per pro-rata basis. 9. Payment shall be made on finished goods and not on casting only. 10. The material will be supplied as per drawing and newly approved technical specifications laid down in tender documents & subsequent submission by bidder in this regard. 11. Authorization from OEM (Pump, Motor) be attached if tenderer is not a manufacturer. 12. Each page of bid book will be signed by the tenderer as a token of acceptance of terms and conditions. 13. Bidders may visit to the sites before quoting the tender rates. 14. Bidders should have executed similar nature work in any Center Government / State Government/ Public Sector Undertaking / Central Autonomous Body for minimum value equivalent to 50 % of quoted value in last 3 years alongwith existing criteria as per bid i.e. bidder should have completed at least 25% of quantity of similar nature work. 15. ln case, the material offered for inspection by the firm fails to meet the specifications stipulated in NIT/order/Contract and the samples are rejected by the Inspecting Committee, the Department will have the right to levy a penalty at 0.1% of the total value of that particular item. 16. Bidders who will be rejected during technical scrutiny, will submit their representation within 5 days from issue of minutes of TSC. 17. Affidavit on Non Judicial Stamp Paper of Rs. 100/- duly certified by the Notary stating that the firm (name of the firm) has not been blacklisted/ debarred either in Government Departments/ Agencies in state of Haryana or Central Government Departments/ Agencies etc. as on the date of submission of the bid in the present tender. 18. Bidders should have average annual financial turnover of atleast 30% of estimated amount during the last 03 financial years, ending 31st March of previous financial year. This should be duly audited by Chartered Accountant. 19. Concession is given to Haryana based MSME’s, KVIU, Central or HPSE (as declared by industries Department Haryana) as in tender fee, EMD, Past Experience and eligibility criteria for turnover. Though they have to complete the job as per tender with warranty of 5 years or 12500 Hours which ever is earlier as per service level agreement. Only those MSME, KVIU, Central or HPSE(as declared by industries Department Haryana) will be eligible for this tender, those are authorized dealer or manufacturer of approved make of IWRD.
