Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster, terrazo etc on PCC/stone surface/brick surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutters (including fittings & fixtures) of any description not exceeding 1.00 sqm each, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutters (including fittings & fixtures) of any description exceeding 1.0 sqm and not exceeding 2.00 sqm each, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkat or frame with shutters (including fittings & fixtures) area not exc 1.5 Sqm each (without taking off the shutters from the frame) of door/window including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts and making good the same including disturbed portion of jambs, cills, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old rusted & damaged steel windows/ventilators of any description and of any type & size without guard bars / grill including cutting holes for hold fasts & making good the disturbed portion complete all as specified & as directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc. (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fitting and accessories) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hardcore of broken stone or boulders, gauge not exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers not exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with old size Fly Ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour single piece extruded PVC profile reinforced with MS square tube, fixing in opening as per specifications complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with plain colour single piece extruded PVC profile ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for styles and plain colour single piece extruded PVC profile for top rail lock rail bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for Top rail and bottom rail paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to fitted on the MS frame welded/sealed to the styles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement complete all as specified and as directed..

S&F in repair Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS:733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, including rubber neoprene packing / rubber gasket all complete as per architectural drawings and complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls in Sunken portion, mixed with integral liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. Note : Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for removal of loose concrete and cleaning the surfaces and filling the cracks with Polymer modified mortar using Dr Fixit Pidicrete URP or other equivalent product as approved by GE and thereafter applying two coats of Dr Fixit Bathseal WPC or other equivalent product as approved by GE in Sunken areas complete all as per manufacturer’s instructions, specified & directed. Note : Where contractor desire to use equivalent product of Dr Fixit Pidicrete URP and Dr Fixit Bathseal WPC, he shall submit the technical literature of equivalent products to establish the equivalency of products to the entire satisfaction of GE and both products shall be of same manufacturer as approved by the GE.

M&L for 1.5mm thick self adhesive waterproofing membrane consisting of self adhesive SBS (Styrene Butadiene Styrene) modified / bitumen compound covered on the top side with high density cross laminated polyethylene film and on the underside with an easy to peel silicon film all as per manufacturer’s instructions having minimum overlaps 50mm on sides and 100mm on ends, provided with & including suitable bitumen primer @ 0.30 litre per sqm as recommended by membrane manufacturer after cleaning the roof surface / sunken floor from all loose, dust, dirt, foreign material and particularly oil and grease marks, complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for 10mm thick plaster (screed bed) over roof slab in CM 1:4, mixed with integral liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 grade at the rate of 1.20 Kg per sqm including cleaning surfaces, complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 Kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick, reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weighing not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid on primed surface complete all as described in Para 11.44.5 of SSR Part-I, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The net area of water proofing treatment shall be measured without any extra allowance for laps.

M&L for Lime concrete terracing in roof with minimum thickness at edge 40mm and increasing uniformly towards ridges to obtain a chain slope of (1:40) as described in Para 11.27.2 of MES Schedule Part-I including demolition of lime concrete of any description over roof, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : For lime concrete mudia kankar (Source : NAL) and Kolayat coarse sand in lieu of brick aggregate and surkhi respectively as specified in MES schedule Part-I shall be used.

M&L for 40mm thick brick tiles, joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement, laid on roof over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6, including dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roofs, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per serial item No. 34.00 here-in-before but except brick tiles including dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roofs, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in flooring, leveling course, etc, surface finished fair and even, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in floor, top surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement laid in panel including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles (coloured) 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Note : The quoted rate shall deemed to include new GI fittings (ISI marked). Old fittings shall not be used.

Dismantling carefully and taking up or down existing unserviceable/serviceable steel water tubing and connections of 20mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for galvanized steel water tubing medium grade of 20mm bore with & including all fittings, fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors, complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing/Laying only, jointing and testing old serviceable galvanized steel water tubing medium grade of 20mm bore obtained serviceable vide serial item No. 67.00 here-in-before including cleaning the pipe from inside & outside properly including rust & mud removal, with & including new fittings and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors in new or old position complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The quoted rate shall deemed to include new GI fittings (ISI marked). Old fittings shall not be used.

M&L for galvanized steel water tubing medium grade of 25mm bore with & including all fittings, fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors, including taking up or down existing unserviceable steel water tubing and connections of 25mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 15mm bore brass spindle of best quality suitable for bib tap and stop cock to make the bib tap and stop cock fully functional complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting & taking down the existing unserviceable water tank and Supply and fixing 1000 Litre capacity Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks double layered (cylindrical vertical with closed top) ISI marked, hoisted & fixed in position & making necessary arrangements for fixing inlet, outlet & over flow pipe & provision of wash out pipe etc. complete as specified in SSR Part-I and as directed.

Disconnecting & taking down the existing unserviceable water tank and Supply and fixing 2000 Litre capacity Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks double layered (cylindrical vertical with closed top) ISI marked, hoisted & fixed in position & making necessary arrangements for fixing inlet, outlet & over flow pipe & provision of wash out pipe etc. complete as specified in SSR Part-I and as directed.

Disconnecting existing serviceable rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in position of capacity exc 250 litres & not exc 500 litres including cleaning & removing all scale & dirt etc from tank with gunny bags, cleaning with fresh water and bleaching powder, complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing serviceable rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in position of capacity exc 500 but not exc 1000 litres including cleaning & removing all scale & dirt etc from tank with gunny bags, cleaning with fresh water and bleaching powder, complete all as specified and as directed.
