Taking out of Radiator/Aftercooler from DG set 10 KVA to 75 KVA of any make/model and cleaning of radiator by removing of dust/oil particles and cleaning of copper tubes by using suitable cleaning agent for any obstacles inside the tube and refixing it complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnecting and taking down the leaking radiator from DG set engine and transporation to civil workshop for repairs, cleaning the complete radiator for detecting the leakage and repairing the leaking portion (Tubes/fins/tank etc) by soldering/brazing, cleaning of all water tubes with suitable cleansing agent & water pressure & removing the complete sludge and dust from inside the tank, replacing worn out hose pipes & clamps etc, shifting & refixing at original site and testing for proper working, for the DG set of capacity 10 to 160 KVA, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting and taking down the defective Charging Alternator from the DG set engine, shifting to civil workshop for repairs, strip opening to remove unserviceable parts, repairing by replacing of armature coil, carbon bush, field coil, clutch patti bearing, refixing magnetic steel laminates, replacing pole head and pole shoe, bearings of shaft ball/roller/sleeve type, and other related items of the assembly as required to make it serviceable, re-assembling and refxing the same on original position and testing complete for the DG set of capacity 10 to 75 KVA, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Notes Srl Item No 84:- (a) On receiving of complaint, it should be attended by service Engineer /rep of OEM within 24 Hrs, if not attended penalty @ Rs 500 per hour will be recovered from contractor. Failure on the part of contractor to make the DG Set functional on very same day after receipt of complaint, penalty @ Rs 1500 per day will be recovered from contractor. (b) All type of T & P, minor nuts/bolts/washers etc required for maintaining the services shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost to department. (c) Repair item costing less than Rs 500 to make DG Serviceable is deemed to be included in the quoted rate of item.

M & L for repair of the in-built diesel tanks of 40 capacity DG set by emptying the tank using suction pump of suitable capacity, washing the internal walls, welding/solding leakage of diesel tank of bottom and washed with diesel to remove any dust / deposits etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Servicing of AMF panel of DG set 500 KVA of capacity installed at CMS by cleaning the complete panel with suitable cleaning agent and checking the controller relays, timer, contactors for proper functioning, replacing defective spare parts, replacement of defective small wires of existing size, tightening of all connections and applying jelly on contactors, panel locks complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge:- Note : (i) Spare parts required will be measured and paid separately as 'Supply Only' but cost of small wires shall be included in the quoted rate.

Supply only Control relay complete assembly suitable for existing (make & model) DG set AMF Panels, 3 Phase, 415 Volts, 50 Hz.

Supply only Timer complete assembly suitable for existing (make & model) DG set AMF Panels, 3 Phase, 415 Volts, 50 Hz.

Supply only undervoltage coil suitable for existing (make & model) DG set AMF Panels

Supply only triping coil suitable for existing (make & model) DG set AMF Panels

Supply only closing coil for existing (make & model) DG set AMF Panels

S&F only LED indicator lamp assembly red, yellow, blue complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L earthing complete with galvanized steel plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm surrounded by charcoal & salt buried directly in a pit of depth not less than 2.25m below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.50m below ground level, connected to and including GI srtip 32x6mm. upto 7.5m length by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers of galvanized iron, earth wire protected by galvanized steel pipe 15mm bore (medium grade) & connected to main control board including necessary excavation & earth work, disposal of surplus soil not exceeding 50m, in any type of soil. (The rate also includes for cost of charcoal & salt in alternate layers of 15 cm thickness, 20 mm bore GI pipe (medium grade) for watering, funnel, wiremesh, PCC chamber in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1, CI cover & frame etc) complete all as indicated in electric plate No 3 of SSR 2009 Part I including testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note- (i) Earthing result/data sheet will be prepared by the Contractor and submitted to Engineer-in-charge. Earth resistance shall be to the entire satisfaction of engineer-in-charge and contractor will make all arrangements & provisions to get the desired reduction of resistance by artificial treatment/replacement of soil etc at no extra cost to department.

Repair, Servicing and maintenance of ACB of existing make and 800-1250 amps capacity installed at Generator Room and CMDC including:- (i) Cleaning and assembling of front cover , push button , locking latches. (ii) Cleaning of terminal shield. (iii) Cleaning and assembling of chassis. (iv) Cleaning and tightening of every point of auxiliary and control unit connector block. (v) Cleaning, greasing and assembling of hand pull-out system, racking Mechanism of chassis and function position indicators. (vi) Cleaning, checking and assembling of arc chute. (vii) Physical inspection of main contact. (viii) Cleaning, checking/testing and assembling of tapping coil/ closing coil. (ix) Cleaning and greasing of mechanical charging system. (x) Cleaning, greasing and installation of jaw contacts. (xi) Repair of lower mechanism if found faulty. (xii) Final testing of the Air circuit breaker manually.
