Scroll Compressor (5.5 TR) Refrigerent - R410A Condenser & Cooling Coil: Copper coil Power Supply : 415v, 50Hz, 3 Ph AC (with applicable tolarance) Both indoor and outdoor unit should be fixed by making suitable scaffolding arrangement as per site condition and incl. nitrogen flashing ,leak testing & vacuuming ,gas charging etc as per direction of E.I.C. Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 5 TR capacity concealed type Split Air Conditioner of rated cooling capacity of 60000 BTU/hr (17.58KW) with 2 Nos. compressor (Rotary / Twin Rotary / Scroll), 2 nos. 2.5 TR each IDU of rated power supply - 240V (+/-5%), 1ph, 50Hz., 1no. ODU of rated power supply - 415V(+/-5%), 3ph, 50Hz. Air-flow/per IDU :- 1000CFM. Refrigerant R32 / R410A. The indoor unit must be suspended from ceiling / wall with all necessary structure as per requirement and tie rod incl. necy. Painting as per direction of EIC. PCB of the AC unit must be enclosed in Metal Enclosure to prevent fire. (Make : Hitachi / O-General / Mitshubishi Electric / Daikin).

SITC including vaccumiazation and Nitrogen of testing of following nominal size of soft/hard drawn copper refrigerent piping for package/VRV/VRF/RAC system, complete with fittings, with adjustable ring type hanger supports, jointing/brazing including accessories, insulated with XLPE class -O tubular insulation/ with Class-O closed cell elastometric nitrile rubber tubular sleeves sections of specified thickness as given below for suction and liquid lines, all accessories as per specification etc. as required. Make of Cu Pipe - Rajco / Ryoku/ Mandev/Nippon Make of Insulation - Suprime / Accroflex / Armacell. Suction Line 22.2 (7/8") mm Dia Cu. Pipes with 19 mm thick nitrile rubber insulation with Al. Foil covered.

Liquid Line 12.7 mm. (1/2") dia(OD) Cu. Pipes with with 19 mm thick nitrile rubber insulation with Al. Foil covered.

Supply and laying of 1.1 KV grade copper armoured round Cable of the following sizes from IDU Unit to ODU unit for the above mentioned AC units. (Make : Polycab/Havells/Gloster/Finolex) a) 6 Core 1.5 sq. mm

Supply and fixing of UVC EMIITTER (minimum 20watt) for the above IDUs for prevention of fungus in the suitable location, The minimum UV intensity in the coils shall be 700-800 UW-SEC/CM2. The unit shall be UL.Listed (UL-1995) and it should be suitable to fix the same in 16.5 TR IDU. (Make - Alfa / Ruks/Jhonson/Streil-aire/ Philips).

Supply & installation of 25 mm PVC Drain Pipe Line (25 mm /32 mm OD,HD 1 mm thick ) of the following size with proper supports & brackets as per direction of E.I.C. (Make: Suprime/Oriplast)

Supply, Installation, balancing and commissioning of fabricated at site GSS sheet metal (Make-Tata steel/Sail/Jindal) rectangular/round ducting complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, venes, hangers, support etc as per approved drawings and specification of following sheet complete as required 24 SWG

Supply & fixing of Duct thermal insulation of following thickness Class O fire retardant Nitrile rubber Aluminiun foil face thermal insulation on duct with adhesive for nitrile rubber.The joints shall be sealed with 50mm wide & 3mm thick self adhesive nitrile rubber tape insulation complete as per direction of EIC. (Make- accroflex,K-flex./ A-flex/ Armacell) as per direction EIC. 19 mm

Duct Acustic Insulation with 10mm thick open cell Nitrile Rubber with density of 142 kg/m3 with suitable adhesive (Make- accroflex,K-flex./ A-flex/ Armacell) as per direction EIC..

Supply and fixing of Fire Rated GI Duct damper with opposed blade type suitable to be operated with actuator. Fire rating not less than 120 min. (Make - Premire /Systemair / Air Enterprise / Caryaire / Airmaster) as per direction EIC.

Supply and fixing of Actuator for Duct damper, torque motor capacity not less than 240 NM, potential free fire contact with CP panel (Make- Belimo/ Honeywell) as per direction EIC.

Supply & installation of Easty to bend, Corrossion free Annealed Copper refrigeration pipe line complete with fitting, elbows, bends, supporting arrangement (G.I. saddle) on wall. a) Liquid Line (3/8" OD with 0.6mm thick) (make: Godrej /Carrier Total Line / MI Copper or brand approved by EIC)

b) Suction line (5/8" OD with 0.7mm thick) (make: Godrej / Carrier Total Line / MI Copper or brand approved by EIC)

S & F 9 mm thick Nitrile rubber tube Insulation on suction / liquid line copper pipe of concealed split AC with wrapping Al foil cover.( Make - Armacell / K Flex / Supreme) a) Liquid Line

Supply & Laying of 1.1KV grade following sizes Unarmoured Cu cable for main MCB to ODU & ODU to IDU connection. Termination points must be socketed with Cu ring / pin type socket as per requirement. ( Cable Make - GLOSTER / KEI / Polycab / RR / Havells) a) 4 Core 2.5 Sq.mm

Supply & Fixing flexible double canvas connection for concealed split air-conditioners.

Supplying,fitting & fixing in position suspended boxing for return and supply air arrangement for ducting incl false ceiling for boxing of IDU with frame work of aluminium hollow section of size 50mm X 25mm (2.0mm thickness) combined with aluminium corners of size 38mm X 25mm, suspended by aluminium hollow tube section of size 38mm X 25mm having size as suitable with aluminium composit panels (ACP) - Interior grade of thickness 3.0 mm comprising of proctective film, polyester coating, primer, aluminium coil, adhesive film, polyethylene core again with one layer adhesive film, aluminium bottom coating and finally service coating as per manufacturer's specification finished with aluminium screw and silicon sealent incl.suitable arrangement of grill fixing complete in all respect including all incidental charges etc. as per direction of EIC.

Installation Charges for Trap door with Aluminiun channel & ACP Board (3 mm thick) (Make:Aludecor/Protap Bond)Complete with linkages, levers, fittings, supports, all accessories for IDU Maintenance as per direction of E.I.C.

Supply & Fixing of Powder Coated extruded aluminium Supply Air Diffuser with aluminium volume control dampers complete as per specification.

Supply & Fixing of Powder Coated extruded aluminium Return Air Diffuser with louvers but without volume controll dampers complete as per specification.

Supply & Fixing of Powder Coated Al. Grill. (Make : Primier / Air Kolkata / Air Primier / AFI).

Supplying, fabrication & fixing of platform using M.S U-channel of 6 mm thick of size (75 mm x 40 mm x 40 mm) for making Base frame for installation of AC ODU incl. drilling holes in each channel including cutting holes into the wall & grouting the same with cement concrete (1:1 ½ :3) etc. fabricated with horizontal angle of 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm of length as required as per direction of E.I.C incl. Platform.The entire structure should be baricated & safe for ODU maintenance. Area of the platform as per Machine configuration & load with adequate service access as per direction of EIC. [Design and drawaing for installation of AC machine outdoor units is to be approved by EIC before fabrication and necessary test certificate is to be provided]

Fabrication of Support of Supply and return air duct made by 22SWG GI (Mk. Sail / Tata) & 40 x 40 x 5 mm MS angle iron frame incuding fixing of same and mending all the damages as per direction of EIC.

Supply and fixing flexible double canvass connection for Ductable split air-conditioners. (FR)

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of powder coated extruded aluminium louvers with synthetic removable type filter, bird screen & and volume control damper for fresh air intake.

Charges for lifting of Indoor, Outdoor units & all material for making out door Srructure frame incl. scaffolding arrangement as per requirement of all complete as per direction of EIC.

Miscellaneous Civil works as and if required during installation of AC Machines or other equipment including damage and mending as directed by EIC.

Rates to be quoted will be inclusive of all the taxes incl. GST. No other additional charges will be applicable in addition to the quoted rates.
