M&L for maintenance and servicing of DG Set of capacity 7.5 KVA to 75 KVA complete including draining out of diesel from tank, cleaning the tank thoroughly and refilling the drained out diesel, draining out engine oil from the chamber, cleaning the chamber thoroughly and refilling the same with new engine oil to required level, replacing the fuel filter, lubricating oil filter, check & clean air cleaner, change air cleaner elements, check coolant level & make up the same, drain the Fuel filter & water separator, filling the starting batteries with electrolyte/distilled water to maintain the required specific gravity, replace the unserviceable brass connectors for batteries, cleaning of battery terminals & applying petroleum jelly to battery terminal posts & brass connectors, changing of V-belts, changing rubber hoses and clips of air cleaner, checking of exhaust leakage, governor, breathers etc, adjust/set the same for proper functioning of DG Set, checking of fuel, oil and water/coolant level etc, adjusting and keeping the fan belts to the desired tension, tightening all the bolts and nuts to the required torque etc, cleaning the DG Set with accessories as prescribed by the manufacturer and test for satisfactory running of DG set for two hour at connected load & record shall be made in respect of RPM, oil pressure, oil temperature, coolant temperature, voltage, frequency, load current, battery charging, fuel consumption etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing , 6 sqmm , twin core, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated stranded aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4mm suspension wire, including taking down of old service wire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of 20mm outer dia, 3 layer PP-R Polypropylene random copolymer) concealed pipes SDR 7.4 (PN16) UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply all PP-R plain & brass threaded olypropylene random fittings fixed with the pole by providing FI clamps, nuts and bolts of size 25x25x3mm with nuts & bolts for protection of connecting wires, connection from junction box to light fittings, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement for MS Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamp and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any type, shape or as indicated and directed inclusive of one coat of red oxide and one coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Design, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of outdoor type LT Bus Bar Chamber box, platform mounted, suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 415 volts AC supply and having 4 Nos stepped type Aluminium bus bars (32mm x 5mm) for looping & branch connection system .The chamber shall be painted with powder coated paint (Shade : RAL-7032) after 7 tank pre-treatment of surfaces. The bus bar chamber shall be provided with suitable Neoprene rubber gasket to make it completely dust and vermin proof and degree of protection not less than IP-55 and general construction conforming to IS : 13947 in and including providing of one No MCCB of 160 Amps, 4 Pole, 25 KA, 50 Hz 415 Volts . (iii) Marking & painting of earth pit with iron plate of suitable size is deemed to be included in unit quoted rates. (iv) The boring will take place for 3 meter depth & 350mm dia for three numbers of pure copper earth electrode pipe to form tripod configuration. Earth enhance compound to be filled around the earth electrode in 100mm dia in 3 layers of 1 mtr each by means of PVC pipe of 100mm dia as casing/formwork.The remaining volume of bore shall be filled with clay soil (available from vicinity) in 3 layers of 1 mtr each.The PVC pipe to be removed simultaneously.The cost of all this is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (v) Minimum distance between each earthing is not less than 3 running meter. (vi)Testing of earthing shall be conducted and result should be less than 1.00 Ohms.

Scrubbing of existing paints of existing LT panel board where rusted, LT feeder Pillar boxes, LT bus bar chamber paints of any specification and removing old paints and preparation of surfaces for painting complete and M&L for painting of LT Panels, LT Feeder pillar boxes, LT bus bar chambers internaly and externaly with one coat of superior quality smoke grey paint to achieve fine finishing complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in charge at site.

Dismantling of old unserviceable doors, back sheets, side sheet of LT panels, bus bar chamber or feeder pillar box installed at various places by cutting/descrewing after making the system disconnected from Elect supply and M&L for fabrication of doors/frames/ partition, bottom sheet by bending hot or cold, making holes, notching, welding of MS black sheet for LT panel board, bus bar chamber, feeder pillar box made out of 2 mm thick mild steel sheet including providing hinges for opening or closing of door, making handles, locking arrangement and painting of sheet both side with superior quality smoke grey paint after applying a coat of red oxide and matching with the existing ( Complete LT apnel/ Bus bar chamber shall be painted ) complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer - in-Charge at site. Note:- 1. The cost of disconnecting of LT cable and earth strip and reconnecting the same after repair work shall be deemed to be inclussive in the unit quoted rates. 2. Painting of complete LT Pannel/Bus bar chamber shall be carried out , nothing shall be payable extra in this regard.

Supply and fixing in replacement , street/security light bracket made out of 40 mm dia galvanized steel tubing medium grade 1.5 m long including bending if required as direct ,02 nos clamps made out of MS flat iron 40X6mm of suitable size fixed with bolts, nuts and washer including drilling holes and grouting with the same for fixing bolts complete.(Rates quoted by the contractor shall deemed to include for nut and bolts).

M&L for attending major breakdowns by providing 01 line man, one helper and one Camper Vehicle in serviceable condition on LT/HT lines, LT/HT cables, LT Panels, DBs, VCBs, RMUs, four pole, two pole, transformers etc including clearing of lines, trimming of tree branches, replacement of insulators/conducotrs/ cross arms & removal of tree branches from LT/HT lines and laying of temporary cables etc complete all as directed at site by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- 1. Items used will be measured & paid seperately under rlevent item of sch A. Contractor has to arrange suitable vehicle with manpower as abopve and T&P on short notice as & when required on the direction of Enginee-in-Charge.The contractor will immediately depute complete set of arrangements as above on receipt of information to atten the electric breakdown, failing which the contractor should face penalty at the rate of 1% of work done amount of the CA.

Disconnecting, dismantling of existing old unserviceable LT Panel/Feeder pillar box and Design, supply, erection, commissioning and testing of outdoor type LT Panel, platform mounted, suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 415 volts AC supply and having 4 Nos stepped type main copper bus bars of 250 Amps, looping & branch connection system shall be made with suitable rating copper bus bar having sleeves of colour coded .The chamber shall be painted with powder coated paint (Shade : RAL-7032) after 9 tank pre-treatment of surfaces. The LT Panel shall be provided with suitable Neoprene rubber gasket to make it completely dust and vermin proof and degree of protection not less than IP-55 and general construction conforming to IS : 13947. The LT Panel shall be made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet and 3.00mm thick gland plate , front door (02 layers) and rear Door (01 layer) opening facility and 4 side slanting canopy type roof on top and mild steel channel (75 MC) base frame at bottom with angle iron legs 04 Nos of size 75x75x6mm of length 0.90 mtr and embbded in PCC. All incoming MCCBs shall be marked with location and rating of MCCBs. Cable terminals shall be provided for conecting of all incoming and outgoing cables. The contractor shall submit drawing of the panels to Engineer-in-Charge before procurement of LT panel for approval alongwith CPRI approval. Foundation will prepared as per instructions of manufacturer and rate of fondation shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Supply & fix in replacement copper strip 20mm x 3 mm buried in ground/ fixed on wall/ Passed through pipe/wall incuding connected by means of exothermic brazing, nuts and bolts where required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in replacement galvaniased iron (GI) strip 32mm x 6 mm buried in ground/ fixed on wall/ Passed through pipe/wall incuding connected by means of exothermic brazing, nuts and bolts where required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for GI Tubes in replacement of 32mm bore size, light grade ,galvanised including fittings , with clamp of 25x3 flat iron welded to pipe fixed to wall/pole/ceiling or laid in floors or under road for protection of LT cables or earth strips etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in replacement Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw complete all as specifed and directed.
