Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand), but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers -

Loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. Complying with std. specifications.

Special Plastering in C.M. 1 : 3 ( One cement, three sand) to 10 mm thick including all cost and conveyance of all materials to site including cost of cement which will be purchared locally by the contractor and conveyance of the same to the actual work site and cost form work including watering curing and all leads of good potable water and all other.

Plastering in C.M. 1 : 5 (1 cement 4 sand)to 12 mm thick including all cost and conveyance of all materials to site including cost of cement which will be purchared locally by the contractor and conveyance of the same to the actual work site and cost form work including watering curing and all leads of good potable water and all other.

Paving the floor with best quality Vetrified tiles (Morbonite Tiles ) of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Floor Finishing First Quality Design Ceramic tiles of All colours of sizes 305mm x 305mm x 6mm. laid in cm 1:3 mix 10mm thick and pointing with white cement using 0.4kg/sqm including finishing the joint and pointing flush with tiles surface etc complete

Dadooing sides of walls with Glazed design tiles of size 305 x 200 x 6mm set in Cement Mortar 1:3 ( One cement, three sand) 20mm thick and pointed with the same colour cement including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges complete as per standard specification.

Manufacturing supplying and fixing of MILD STEEL DOOR made out of 50 x 50 x 6 mm M.S angle for outer frame,35 X 35 X 5mm M.S.Angle for outer frame of shutter. The entire shutter area shall be covered with CRC sheets (18 G) with 5Nos, of stiffners using M.S.Flats of size 25 X 6mm at equal intervals horizontally. The corners of the frames and shutter with CRC sheets shall be welded by adopting flash butt welding or any other suitable method. Provision towards 3Nos, of Hinges incase of single shutters / 6Nos,of Hinges incase of Double shutters of 125 X 31 X 1.25mm size placed at appropriate intervals and provisions shall be made for Tower bolts 2Nos, Aldrop 1No. The frame shall be provided with 6Nos,of Hold fast of 200mm length using 50 X 6mm M.S.Flat. The entire frame and shutter shall be provided with one coat of red oxide primer including cost of hold fasts,hinges, locking arrangements, handles wind appliences etc., complete and as directed by the departemental officers.

Providing and fixing casement doors fabricated from un-plasticized polyvinyl chloride (uPVC) sections Profiles: The profiles should be three chamber system which provides high insulation properties with outer frame 60mm x 55mm with an outer wall thickness of 2.4mm. The window unit should be designed with all corner joints mitred and fusion welded. Windows should be steel reinforced with 25 x 24 x 25mm steel reinforcement with a thickness of 1mm to have dimensional stability. The sash should be of 60 x 102mm. The mullion should be of 60 x 74mm. The profiles should have co-extruded seals.Hardware: All the hardware like friction stays, handles should be screwed with self tapping screws. The handles, locks should be designed so that they cannot be released from outside.Glazing: The window system should be glazed with 5mm plain float glass / 6mm bison lam. Installation: The profiles should be cut to length and welded 45 degrees. The window should be designed such that the water drainage does not pass through the reinforcement chamber. The window system should be fixed directly to the plastered brick wall using self expanding nylon plug and driving ms electroplated screws into plug

Supplying and Painting the walls with Two Coats Weather sealed Exterior emulsion Paint as instructed by the departmrntal officers including Preparation of surface curing, etc complete in all floorscomplying with standard specification. ( The Colour and shade of the paint shall be got approved by the departmental officers.)

Supply and fixing of M.S Grills for Windows, with one coat of Red oxide Primer including all costs such as welding, grinding and fabrication charges, cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc,complete as per standard specification. including phosphating as per ISI with rust preventive primer & ready to assemble condition for easy installation at site including dismantling making necessary with power drill to the accessories such as supplying and fixing holdfasts, plastic bush inserts receiver runner bottom shock absorbers etc. and Steel Door Complete as Directed by the Departmental Officer.

Painting the new iron works such as steel doors, Windows,Ventilators windows bars,balustrades etc, in all floor with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality, colour and brand (to be approved by executive engineer before use on works ) over one the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc, complete complying with Standard Specification. ( The Make, Quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the engineer in charge before use on works ) ( TNSS NO or NBC No 61 V VI (54) 3)

Weathering Course with Concrete Broken Brick (S.I.No.278) & ( P & D) Data 54.Jelly 20mm gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be added) over roof slab,the proportion of brick jelly to lime being '32 to 12.5 well beated with wooden beaters for giving required slope and thickness as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete.-10 cum

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 200 mm x 200 mm x 20 mm of approved quality in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One part of Cement and Three part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)), 12 mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS at 2% by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc., complete

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 Sq.mm (22/0.3) PVC insulated single core unsheathed copper conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessoires in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover with TW switch box and 5A F.T. switch and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC concealed light Point for electronic regulator. (The water closet should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)
