Dismantling C.I or asbestos rain water pipe with fittings and clamps including stacking the material upto all leads and lift as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge :- a) 100 mm dia pipe.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material upto all leads and lift as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge :- a) Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix

Taking out doors, windows and clerestory window shutters (steel or wood) including stacking upto all leads and lift as per direction of Engineer–in-Charge :- a) Of area 3 sq. metres and below

Dismantling tile work in floors and dado laid in cement mortar including stacking material upto all leads and lift as per direction of Engineer–in-Charge :- a) For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, upto all leads and lift.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :- a) 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and fixing stone slab with table rubbed, edges rounded and polished, of size 75x50 cm deep and 1.8 cm thick, fixed in urinal partitions by cutting a chase of appropriate width with chase cutter and embedding the stone in the chase with epoxy grout or with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size) as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge and finished smooth. a) White Agaria Marble Stone.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position. a) 2nd Class Deodar wood

Providing and fixing Panelled Glazed or Panelled and Glazed Shutters for Doors, Windows and Clerestory Windows including black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws. a) Second class Deodar wood. i) 35 mm thick shutters

Providing and fixing wire gauge shutters using galvanised M.S.wire gauge of IS Gauge designation 85G with wire of dia 0.56 mm for doors, windows & clerestorey windows including bright finished black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws. i) 35 mm thick shutters. a) Second class Deodar wood
