Providing two legged scaffolding using 48.30mm dia heavy duty MS pipe over all height of 3.00m the distance between 2 legs being 1.25m and the spacing of the post being 2m in each rows and providing platform with C.W. planks using 40mm thick silver oak and 1.00m wide in complete form with horizontal bracings @ 1.50m c/c vertical direction and with cross bracings using same 48.30mm dia including cutting, threading assembly with red oxide primer, labour charges cost of specials such on large plate, shoe, carcher, coupling, bolt and nut transportation charges. The bottom of vertical post shall rest on 300x300x70mm 1:2:4 concrete base etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Rectification of beams, columns and slabs by dismantling and chipping the distressed portico clearing of reinforcement with wire brush and by sand blasting, clearing and water washing applying corrosion inhibitor coating at the rate of 1.20 Kg/m2 over the affected surface as per the specification given by the manufacturing guniting with C.M 1:3 (one cement and three P-sand) to an average thickness of 40 mm under pressure and finished neatly including hire charges for all tools & plants labour, fuel charges including all leads for portable water including curing for 7 days and all other incidental charges etc., complete.
Special ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surface of all RCC items of work such as slabs, beams, sunshades, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Plastering Sand) 10 mm thick including mortar plasticizer at 200 ml per 50 Kg of cement used, hacking the surfaces and curing, etc., in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 using best quality Burnt Clay Brick of size 9" x 4 3/8" x 2 3/4" with class designation of 7.5 conforming to IS 1077-1992 for foundation and basement including Cost of Mortar Plasticizer curing, etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Brickwork shall be done as per IS 2212-1991 adopting English Bond generally.other type of bond shall be done as directed by the Executive Engineer in charge.
For Third Floor
Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One Cement, Five crushed stone sand and Ten hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. - Mixing by manual means
Cement Concrete 1:1-1/2:3 (One Cement, One and a half crushed stone sand and Three hard broken stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all PCC items of works excluding centering and shuttering charges but including Super Plasticiser, laying, finishing, curing, etc., shall be finished smooth with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three crushed stone sand) and kraft paper laid over it without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers - manual mix
For Ground floor
Providing granolithic floor finish of the 25mm thickness with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two Crushed Stone Sand and Four Aggregates) using 10 to 12mm gauge hard broken stone jelly including laying, finishing and the top rubbed smooth with power trawl, thread lining, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of necessary planking for panelling wherever necessary and as directed by the departmental officers).
Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One Cement and Five Plastering Sand), 12mm thick in all floors including mortar plasticizer at 200 ml per 50 Kg of cement used, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Supplying and fixing solid core flush shutter of single leaf type with 35 mm thickness teakply on bothsides with necessary T.W. internal lipping alround conforming to IS 2202-1(1999) including cost of wind appliances and furniture fittings such as 3 Nos. SS 304 Grade Butt Hinges of size (125 mm x 30 mm), 2 Nos. 300 x 12 mm aluminium tower bolt, 1 No. 200 x 12 mm aluminium tower bolt, 1 No. Mortice Lock with required screws with 3 Keys, 2 Nos. 200 mm ‘D’ type aluminium door handle and door stopper with bush etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Supplying and fixing of laminated sheet of 1 mm thick of good approved quality with a help of necessary fevicol. The rates are including cost of all materials, labour charges for fixing and finishing neatly, loading, unloading charges, conveyance charges, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Providing cupboard shutter using termite/water proof plywood of 19 mm thick over which laminated sheet of 0.8 mm thick fixed inside the shutter and 1 mm thick fixed in the outside of the shutter using fevicol along with necessary furniture fitting such as hydraulic hinges, tower bolt, handles, multi purpose locks, etc., as directed by the departmental officers. The design pattern, water proof plywood, laminate sheet and other materials should be got approved from the executive engineer before use on work.
Fabricating, Supplying and fixng in position of steel sheeted windows (Two Leaves) with the following specifications. Outer frames of windows made of 'Z' section F7D of size 33 x 25 x 3mm at 1.419 kg/ m and mullion 'J' section (F4B) of size 46x25x3mm at 2.28kg/m and shutter section of made of F7D of 33x25x3mm at 1.419 kg/m as specified in IS 7452/1990. Each openable shutter should not exceed a width of 600mm to enable separate operations and easy maintenance. The panel of the shutters to be covered with 18 gauge cold rolled sheet of superior quality and welded intact with shutter frames. Horizontal stiffeners using 18x5mm MS Flat at 0.70kg/m at 3 Nos. for each shutter and additional diagonal stiffners of the same MS flats at all the four corners of each shutters to the suitable length welded to the shutters, for holding the CR Sheets in position firmly. 2 numbers of Steel Offset Pivot hingesof size 3" and one number of handle-cum-latch of special type made with 18x5mm MS flats are revetted to the shutters at an appropriate height in window. suitable opening is left for its easy operation. a stopper square rod for handle is provided in the mullion section at suitable place to catch the window handle. each window shutter having an adustable stay made out of 18 x 5mm at 0.70 kg/ m MS flat of lenght 320mm with three adjustable position. A matching peg is provided in the outer frame of the window at suitable place. 4 Nos. of hold fasts of 200mm length spliced at the ends are welded to the outer frame of the window by using MS flat of 18x5mm at 0.70kg/m, welded to the shutter at two place equivalent from each from top and bottom of the shutter. An MS square bar of 12mm size is welded to the inner face of the window at an equal interval not exceeding 100mm edge between them. All members are painted with one coat of anti-corrosive red oxide primer as directed by the departmental officers. All sections should be in confirmed with IS 7452/1990.The cost includes cost of all materials, labour charges and other incidental charges, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Re-painting Old Plastered Wall Surface with one finishing coats of ready mixed (Exterior Emulsion) Paint of approved quality and colour over the existing wall in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works).
